This apartment is located in a 3rd floor of an XVIII century totally renovated building with elevator in the Chiado area of Lisbon. Inside the apartment You'll find all the amenities and comfort for a great short or long stay in Lisbon! From the air conditioning to the central heating passing by the small kitchen appliances like the orange juice squeezer and the toaster all was thought to maximize comfort. The apartment has a kitchenette with two electric hobbs, a microwave and a dishwasher. The design of the apartment makes it look like an open space, but at the same time the lounge area with dinning space, is well divided by the sleeping area by two glass french doors. There is very comfortably seating for 4/5 in the lounge, and the dinning area accommodates 5 also very comfortably. A lounge chair that turns is perfect for reading while having a view over the Tagus river. While lying in bed one has a great view over the river. The bathroom is in white Portuguese marble and boasts a large Shower enclosure as well as a bidet. There is a closet in the bedroom and another one in the Lounge area. The decoration of the apartment follows modern and simple lines, but always keeping in mind the main features of the building and its XVIII century construction. The apartment accommodates 4 very comfortably, has a double bed in the bedroom and an oversized sofa where 2 single beds can be made. Cable TV and Wireless internet are available and complimentary. The area of Largo do Carmo and Chiado with Rua Garrett is one of the most stylish in Lisbon, and the perfect spot to stay while visiting. The Baixa/Chiado metro station is about 200 meters from the apartment. This apartment's ceiling height is 3 meters, and has one large window doors to the balcony, as well as two windows, one in the bedroom the other in the living room. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms and one full bathroom with a shower. The house has 90m2 (45m2 per floor) and a 340m2 garden.

We are 10 min away from the center on foot through the beach or 2 min by train. In the center you find laundries, supermarkets, pharmacies, health centers, restaurants, etc. You can rent a bicycle or a car and take a tour. We are about 20 min from Lisbon and from the airport and about 15 min from the Hospital by car.

Beach House Caparica

The Beach House is literally ON THE BEACH. The House is on the Beach Dunes just 10 meters from the Beach and 50 meters from the sea (depends on the tide :) Simple but functional. Privacy like no other. The Beach House has two independent floors but only the ground floor is accessible to guests. Most of my free time is spent at the Beach House (on the top floor). It's very common to be with my family on the top floor at the same time guests are on the ground floor.
