Set in the heart of the beautiful Shropshire countryside, the annexe at Tower Hill Barn Selattyn, provides an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Just 3 miles from the border town of Oswestry it provides an ideal base for walkers, with an abundance of local footpaths - Offa's Dyke is close by. The village of Selattyn is home to The Docks pub which serves excellent food and local beers. The property is not really suitable for children and regrettably we do not accept pets.

Our handcrafted en-suite wooden adult only cabin is located within a small wood on the grounds of working sheep farm with an uninterrupted view across the valley in picturesque Shropshire. It has everything you need to retreat from the real world, whether it's for a cosy night in, in front of the log burner or a chance to sit and stargaze on the deck. There is an abundance of walks right from your doorstep, you're even lucky enough to have the Offas Dyke within a stones throw from the Cabin.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Set in a cottage garden on a hillside above the town of Llangollen our lovely blue cabin has panoramic views across town towards Castell Dinas Bran and the Horseshoe Pass. Beautiful Llangollen is great for a break any time of year. Sit with a drink on the decking, or in front of the little log burner, and watch the sunset over the mountains, or the snow sweeping in along the valley. Take a glass of sparkly and have a bath under the stars.

This romantic tree cabin is located on the edge of a tranquil woodland at the bottom of a beautiful privately owned 5 acre garden, overlooking a hypnotic river waterfall. This majestic retreat is where you can unwind, relax and recharge, with full access to the BBQ area and on site sauna. If sitting back is not for you there are several local country walks and attractions. By car Wrexham is just 5 minutes away, Chester 25 minutes and if you fancy a day in Liverpool, it’s only an hour away.

Apple Tree Hideaway- romantic Shepherd's Hut

Your romantic and cosy Shepherd's Hut, with its own private garden, nestles amongst wildflower meadows and woodland. Located on a 2 acre smallholding, with friendly sheep and hens, Apple Tree Hideaway is in perfect walking country- just a mile from the Offa's Dyke Trail. You'll be staying in the pretty village of Selattyn, just 3 miles from the market town of Oswestry and close to the Welsh border town of Chirk. The brilliant, welcoming and dog friendly village pub is a short walk away.

Set in the beautiful vale of clywd area of outstanding natural beauty, surrounded by open fields and beautiful countryside. Nestled serenely on the edge of woodland is this 19th century blacksmiths building. It has been sympathetically renovated and brought back to life with style at the forefront, whilst keeping every unique feature in tact. We have taken advantage of the high ceiling with an incredible mezzanine bedroom with kingsize bed and installed a log burner for added comfort during the colder months. This 3 bed spacious house has a large kitchen diner with 1800s bread oven feature, comfortable lounge, 3 generous bedrooms one with ensuite and large family bathroom with freestanding bath and spacious shower. Lovely country village location with two family pubs, a park great for children and a large independant supermarket which sells everything you could need. Plenty of lovely country walks straight from the door perfect for a getaway or home from home when working away.

A romantic historic tower for 2

The Summerhouse Tower is a very special holiday-home-for-two set within the rolling Shropshire countryside. A Grade II listed tower, this unique, romantic retreat enjoys excellent views to the east, and views of the Shropshire Hills to the south and the west. The Tower, built circa 1607, was originally used as a banqueting house for entertaining dinner guests. Whilst the main house was destroyed by a fire, The Summer House is available for cosy stays throughout the year.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. With breathtaking views over Castell Dinas Bran and the Panorama in Llangollen, the Nest is a cosy space where you can relax and unwind and soak in the spectacular panoramic vista. On the doorstep for adventure, Llangollen is packed with outdoor activity centres, walking routes, cycle tracks, cafés and restaurants and so much more. We have a fenced area for pets. The Nest is situated on the boundary of a working farm.
