Дом находится в хорошем, элитном районе. Место тихое, зелёное. В доме свой небольшой бассейн, который регулярно обслуживается. Маленькая, уютная гостиная и две комнаты, одна полноценная спальня, и одна спальня на одного или рабочий кабинет. Хозяин очень хороший человек: отзывчивый, внимательный и ответственный. Мы были рады познакомиться с ним лично. Кстати, расположение дома очень близко к пляжам Нуса Дуа, а это одни из лучших пляжей на Бали, где не бывает больших волн. Благодарим за интересный опыт.

Antika is a first class host. She was highly responsive and helpful. Her villa is easily accessible, clean and tidy with restaurants, supermarket and laundromat located nearby. A value for money accommodation!

This villa is beautiful, we felt right at home as soon as we walked through the gate. Great location, on the edge of Legian and Seminyak in a lane way off Jalan Legian, it’s a dead end so no passing traffic meaning it’s so peaceful. Villa is fully serviced so house manger, cleaning staff, gardener and pool man. This means the villa was spotless and we felt so well cared for. Truly a 10 out of 10 experience, thanks so much, we will be back

Irawan is a great host, very responsive and easy to communicate, when we request something, he also provide quick support. Good bed and pillow help recharge us. also the balcony is nice especially during the Silence day where we can stargaze there. One note though, Indonesia uses electricity token, there was a time where it ran out in the middle of night, Irawan has promptly help to bring it back on the next morning.

Really enjoyed my stay at this Villa very good location and Pak Nyoman also very kind and responsive would stay again or recommend to friends or relatives for sure.

This is such a great place to stay for awhile! It's private and peaceful, in a walkable area on the outskirts of Ubud. It's easy enough to walk to restaurants nearby, or you could rent or drive a scooter to anyplace you'd want to go yet it's removed from the noise of town - the only sounds are the crickets and frogs that provide a nightly serenade. The pool is private and oh so lovely. The space is clean and comfortable. It really feels like a home away from home. And as a digital nomad I appreciate the reliable internet and the table on the porch where I take all my calls. And Komang and his wife have been so welcoming and gone out of their way to help me with any special needs or requests. This place is really special. I'm so glad I found it!

Great spot if you want to relax with some privacy. The WiFi was fast enough to watch Netflix and attend video calls. The AC worked well and the room didn’t have insects inside which made it comfortable to sleep. The pool is decent sized as well.

Highly recommended!!! Way better than the pics. So spacious! And a private pool! Absolutely divine.

The place was as nice as the photos. The area very private, it was even a bit difficult to find, but the host was responsive and even came to greet us on arrival. The place was very clean, and the room and area was cleaned extremely often by the staff. The host offered a ton of recommendations, and when we had to order take-out due to the weather, he even came over to help us with what to order! Overall a very great experience!

What excellent value for money. Everything we needed for the afternoon and evening before catching a late flight home. Perfect spot for last minute market shopping and a spectacular beach sunset - we actually wished we'd been able to stay the night as the bed was comfy and the linen spotless. Although a little tired the place was spotless - we were very impressed and the cleaner was so helpful and absolutely lovely. If Legian is your place to come then don't look past this for a value stay with access to three pools and the beach.

A peaceful, quiet villa not far from central Ubud. The villa is accessed down a small street that cars cannot drive down so expect a walk for just a couple of minutes. Along this road however are lots of restaurants and shops so plenty of easy to go to spots for food and drink. The villa was quiet and peaceful with some construction noise but it didn’t cause any disruption. A real bonus having a private pool to cool off after long days exploring Ubud. Thanks for the stay!

Всё просто отлично! Жилье полностью соответствует описанию, и есть всё необходимое, вы будете чувствовать себя как дома. Бассейн просто потрясающий, и выйдя из вашего номера, вы можете сразу его использовать. Петрус очень добрый и милый, а его сотрудники всегда помогут и ответят на все вопросы. Я вам очень рекомендую это жилье

We had a great stay. Charming villa, always responsive & wonderful staff. Definitely recommended.

The Boathouse was wonderful. Very private & extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped & the entire Villa had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Despite very clear directions to the Villa, our driver did get lost, but phoned Putu and he was extremely helpful in assisting our driver to get to the Villa. An easy walk down a couple of gangs to the main street and you come out right next to Bali 101 Hotel and Hardy's is next door to this Hotel, so easy to pick up supplies. There are a number of great local Warungs nearby, if you don't feel like going onto the main street for meals. Having the Villa cleaned daily was an unexpected bonus and this made our stay even better. We will definitely stay again at The Boathouse.

We absolutely loved out stay. The villa has so much character and is so well designed, with all bedrooms facing on to the pool. Wayan was amazing. She sorted everything and she was so lovely and attentive. Our highlight was the floating breakfast and just chilling by the pool on the peaceful mornings eating delicious fruit and eggs made by Wayan! Would love to stay again.

The villa is very quiet and private, perfect for relaxing after a day of fun. The environment is clean, cleaned and tidied on time every day, the pool is small but well looked after. The decor is very tasteful and very IGable, the hosts are quick to respond and helpful, and the housekeeper Yuni is very responsible and friendly. Lots of restaurants around and parking in the front yard. Will recommend.

el hospedaje era tal cual las fotos, nos encantó. en un lugar muy tranquilo, cerca de un supermercado, cafes y varios negocios más. teniamos desayuno y servicio a la Villa. The villa looks exactly like the picture. The instructions are quite clear. The alley is small, and Innova car is the maximum size of the car that can go in front of the villa (fit in the alley). Kitchen utensils are quite complete. Overall The villa is quite well maintained except for the wood floor around the swimming pool which is dangerous because the small pieces of the wood can get stuck inside your feet. Management needs to refurbish the floor / do something with the wood floor. The air conditioning in the 1st room (wood door) is not that cold compared to the other room. Since it is not a beachfront villa, so if you want to go to the beach need to use a car/motorcycle. The place is within walking distance to Gusto Gelato, Naughty Nuris, and small circle K. Overall my family had a great time during Bali’s silent day in this villa.

Wyan to świetny host. Był zawsze w kontakcie. Obiekt - jeśli chodzi o ogród, piękny. Pokoje tknięte czasem, a pokój na dole rzeczywiście nieprzyjemnie pachnie (nie dałam rady tam spać, zamieniłam się z synem), ale sprzątane idealnie. Karpie cudowne - moje nastolatki uwielbiały je karmić. Wspaniały też jest masaż z polecenia Wayana.
