It was our third stay in this house. The house is always spotless and has everything you could need and more. The hosts are easy to contact and very helpful. The house’s swimming pool is a great perk, with garden furniture and ambiance lights to relax in the evenings. I would highly recommend this place. There is also a beautiful beach within 5 minutes drive and a friendly pub / restaurant within a minute walk. Absolutely perfect.

We had a great family break at Lance's. So convenient to get to the beaches in the area and having a pool on site made the lazy days fun. Lance was very helpful and responsive when we needed him. We had everything we needed for our stay. A great staycation!

This was our first time using Airbnb and it couldn’t have been made simpler. This is a beautiful caravan with all the added extras of anything you may need. We felt right at home. Clear instructions of how to find the site and caravan, easy to get in. The host was super responsive to any questions we had. 10/10. Will most definitely recommend you and will hopefully be back. Thank you for a lovely, ad hoc last minute get away.

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful and large house, with a great conservatory ideal for hanging out. Our kids are similar age to theirs and the house was perfectly equipped for them with toys, a zip line, and a pool that we did not get to use. The views to the downs are stunning. And Nick was a great host, always available.

The perfect place for a choir group to enjoy a few days singing by the sea When I heard about Warner Wood I knew it would be ideal for a choir trip. We had a wonderful few days there singing, swimming and socialising. The property is huge with plenty of rooms to spread out into and full of character. The kitchen was well equipped and big enough for us to enjoy collective cooking and the coffee machine & frother made heavenly coffees. With both a piano and an electric organ it’s perfect for a group of musicians - though non-musicians will find plenty to occupy themselves with too. The place is full of delightful touches including a relaxing sunroom, lots of great games, even a telescope. We all loved the swimming pool which was warm even in March! The location is perfect - just a few minutes from a lovely beach and a short walk into town. Me and my family stayed over the Easter weekend, it was an enjoyable break first time to the Isle of Wight and it didn’t disappoint. The Caravan was really nice and clean we had no problems at all, kids loved the pool. Good base camp to go off and explore the island! Rosie was incredibly helpful, great communication and she sorted the ferry ticket for us and made sure our stay was stress free and easy. Thank you Rosie

Thank you Carolyn for a lovely break at your lodge. It was an ideal location for my Dad's 86th birthday being 15 minutes from the coast and close to the sorts of places he enjoys (West Dean Gardens, Amberley Heritage Museum). We enjoyed our evenings in the Lodge overlooking the Lake. It wasn't quite warm enough to sit out but I imagine it would be lovely in the summer. The space was warm, welcoming, comfortable and we all slept well in this very well-kept and nicely furnished home. Would we return? Most definitely. Thank you. My Dad is looking forward to a return visit.

A lovely house, homely and comfortable, very well-appointed and nicely maintained. Ria and Adam look after this place and do not scrimp on what they provide for their guests, which is very nice to see. The house is spacious and has three separate downstairs living spaces (that can be easily isolated) so you don't feel like you are all on top of each other. Bedrooms are light and airy (especially the large master) and the bedlinen and towels are top hotel quality and fresh too. The outside spaces are clean and clear with a lovely heated pool to the rear. Lots of space for guests to relax. Bathrooms are similarly well-appointed with nice high-end electronic shower controls and very clean and fresh-looking. Location is great and it takes about a minute to walk down the road to the beach access gate. There is a sea view from the master bedroom. All in all we had a great long weekend stay. Ria and Adam were very responsive and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay, comfortable beds, big kitchen and living room. Lovely space outside and so great to have access to the pool. Really nice area, we enjoyed visiting the local Roman Palace and West Wittering beach also.

The property is absolutely immaculate. It is more spacious than the photos suggest. The beach is literally at the end of the drive. Such a convenient spot. And the beds!! Well, if you don’t sleep well here then you won’t sleep well anywhere. Great place. Great host. Great time.

We had a wonderful stay at Clive and Caroline's beautiful Airbnb in a hamlet outside Arundel. The accommodation was well-equipped and spotlessly clean. Lots of thought has gone into the furnishings and appliances, from beautiful bedding to a spic and span shower. The location is rural, with a lovely wood a minute's walk from the property and many walks in the surrounding area in the stunning South Downs. The George is a great pub in nearby Burpham and Arundel is minutes away. We had a great visit and look forward to returning.

Perfect location , and was very clean premise

We loved the apartment - it was spotless, spacious, and in the most gorgeous seafront location. Hosts had fab communication too. We love the area and will definitely visit again in the future ☺️
