We were four couples wanting a restful weekend away by the sea and this property was absolutely ideal. The quality of the property was excellent and we all felt very much at home. The facilities were of very high quality and very clean and tidy. Access to the beach was perfect with lovely walks within easy reach. We would definitely return.

A perfectly located bungalow within a 3 min stroll to the beach, beach cafe & saunas. Located at the end of a quiet road running parallel to the beach and a 5 min drive to East Wittering's array of shops & more places to eat. The host Karen & Steve were responsive & so helpful & went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. We appreciated the welcome pack plus the home-made biscuits too. Tastefully furnished & spacious with very comfortable dining and lounge seating with no low down inconvenient inside furniture you often get now. The wrap around garden with sand pit/play zone was spot on for relaxing in plus its secure for dogs. There's an overhang over the patio doors which acts as a sun shade too. Both shower rooms were spacious with hotel quality shampoos and shower gel provided. The large well stocked kitchen had everything you needed to cook. The super-king bedroom & twin bedroom had firmer mattresses. The en-suite room had a soft mattress.

As described, clean trendy spot good for hosting near the beach.

Roxanne was so helpful in accommodating us for a last minute request and making sure we could check in early with our baby. We had a wonderful stay and felt right at home. It was well equipped with everything we needed, even toys for our little girl! The location was great being right next to the beach and the caravan site was very quiet. Roxanne was very responsive to any questions we had and all instructions were very clear. We were just gutted we only got to stay for one night, so will definitely be returning or trying one of the other caravans out ☺️ Thank you again Roxanne and for your lovely caravan! X

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home on the Isle of Wight. The house is very new and in a great location — just a short walk to the beach! We stayed as a family with kids and our dog, and everyone had a fantastic time. The rooms were tidy, the bathroom was clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The heating and WiFi worked perfectly. We’d definitely love to come back again next time!

It was our third stay in this house. The house is always spotless and has everything you could need and more. The hosts are easy to contact and very helpful. The house’s swimming pool is a great perk, with garden furniture and ambiance lights to relax in the evenings. I would highly recommend this place. There is also a beautiful beach within 5 minutes drive and a friendly pub / restaurant within a minute walk. Absolutely perfect.

So lovely here we will definitely come back. The lodge is well equipped and ideally located with a field next to it for family games .. great walks on the door step and lovely beach to walk down to. Perfect holiday location. Lovely lodge.

We had a great family break at Lance's. So convenient to get to the beaches in the area and having a pool on site made the lazy days fun. Lance was very helpful and responsive when we needed him. We had everything we needed for our stay. A great staycation!

The perfect place for a choir group to enjoy a few days singing by the sea When I heard about Warner Wood I knew it would be ideal for a choir trip. We had a wonderful few days there singing, swimming and socialising. The property is huge with plenty of rooms to spread out into and full of character. The kitchen was well equipped and big enough for us to enjoy collective cooking and the coffee machine & frother made heavenly coffees. With both a piano and an electric organ it’s perfect for a group of musicians - though non-musicians will find plenty to occupy themselves with too. The place is full of delightful touches including a relaxing sunroom, lots of great games, even a telescope. We all loved the swimming pool which was warm even in March! The location is perfect - just a few minutes from a lovely beach and a short walk into town. Other comments: “I was super impressed, wonderful character!” “loved the relaxing atmosphere in the sun room and the heated pool was perfect"

Me and my family stayed over the Easter weekend, it was an enjoyable break first time to the Isle of Wight and it didn’t disappoint. The Caravan was really nice and clean we had no problems at all, kids loved the pool. Good base camp to go off and explore the island! Rosie was incredibly helpful, great communication and she sorted the ferry ticket for us and made sure our stay was stress free and easy. Thank you Rosie

We’ve stayed along the seafront in Selsey over Easter for the last four years in different locations. This was our favourite house to date and the service from Luxury Boltholes was exemplary. The house was absolutely stunning, homely and incredibly well appointed. Some really nice touches and the attention to detail was fantastic. We highly recommend both the house and Luxury Boltholes, thanks for a great weekend!

Woodlands is absolutely outstanding!! Best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The house is STUNNING. Beautifully furnished, 6 gorgeous big double rooms, incredible kitchen living space with every gadget/crockery/cutlery you could need. They had left some super thoughtful welcome gifts and there’s loads of herbs and spices which makes the world of difference if you’re cooking every day like we did. Everything is state of the art and top quality from the heating system to the spacious bathrooms. And there’s an abundance of everything - toiletries, towels, bath mats, hair dryers. There’s a lovely garden with a summer house with a football table which the kids loved. Annie and her lovely father were welcoming and responsive. The area is stunning, right by the beach with a wonderful restaurant on the doorstep. We honestly couldn’t fault it. We will be back!! Thank you Annie!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Jane's house. It was a beautiful space, perfect for a family and everything you could possibly need was provided (including toys & books for my grandson). It's really close to the beach, which we visited more than once a day. I had a perfect Mother's Day & Birthday weekend!

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

We found the house to be impeccably clean and comfortable. The large hot tub seemed brand new and the dart board and pool table were put to good use. TVs in all bedrooms. Very well stocked kitchen with high quality pans etc. lovely American fridge with ice/crushed ice and cold water. Great location. We would definitely stay again. Thanks so much

We had a wonderful week at Antonia’s gorgeous house. It was our second visit, and we would happily come again next year. The house is huge, comfortable and stylish, with a great kitchen and garden. It’s in such a great location - a few minutes to both the beach and the village. Really special place to stay and we felt very well looked after.
