Great stay, would stay again

10/10 would stay here again. like in the listing the place is small-ish but it's definitely not too small. The resort community is super cute and the pool and laundry area was nice. my family felt right at home. Michelle was an amazing host, she went above and beyond and was always super responsive whenever we had to reach out. I'm hoping to stay here again next year! thank you Michelle for the amazing vacation!

Extremely cute and comfortable stay. Would love to stay here again in the future. My girlfriend and dog really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the property and water. Only complaint is that the well water was smelly, which the owner warns about.

We had a great stay here while attending a wedding at the Howey Mansion. The place was very inviting, comfortable, and well stocked. Really appreciated the extra towels, efficient air conditioning, and the entire apartment. While it is on the third floor, the walk up was not hard, the steps have very good handrails. Excellent location if you need to stay in the area with great views from both bedrooms. Highly recommended!

Cozy & intimate is exactly what this place is. Although new to the game as Host, Malcolm is great. His communication is spot on. This place is cozy, comfortable, cost friendly and conviently located to so much. Minutes away by car is a huge variety of things to do. I-4 is just 2 lights away off exit 85. It's the physical dividing factor on this downtown property ...as this is an up & coming area. The price differential is crazy on the Hilton touristy side (100$+ differential) vs the older classic real Florida residential side. There's ample safe parking in the fenced in area of this home. We had the upstairs unit & as an older superhost, I was aware of the potential challenge of stairs but met this so easily. 😆 The downstairs unit is an option- just ask! I really love young Malcolm's investment, as he's new, friendly and accommodating. We truly enjoyed the quietness and the opportunity of entertainment just minutes away. it's a great deal.

thanks for letting me book last minute and doing your best to make sure I was comfortable. I would stay here again. the bed was just right, the water was hot. I didn't get into the pool, the ac worked as well. a quiet area. I've never been to deland before and it's a Lil quiet town. Was this place previously an old hotel? 5/5 oh BTW to other renters. its actually concrete papers that lead down to brick papers to a white door on the right to get in. I have adad and take things very literally. ty!

Ely was amazing! He helped us so much for our trip to Florida and was very responsive and friendly. We brought our husky over and had unforgettable experience! We will definitely come back again!

Very Big and a lot of outdoor space!

CrowAsis was an awesome place to stay! The property is beautiful and immaculate - with a swimming pool and hot tub- the outside area is so relaxing and serene! Nathan was a very helpful, welcoming, and wonderful host! We truly enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

I literally thought it was the “pool house” not a room in the house. However, the master bedroom is what is offered. This is a great quiet place.

I’ve stayed at this Airbnb a couple of times now, and it’s been exactly what I needed every time. The space is peaceful and quiet, offering the perfect environment for me to think and recharge. The amenities are great for my needs, it’s more than enough for what I require during my stay. It’s clean, comfortable, and feels like a home away from home. Ahmad is always fantastic—always responsive and easy to work with when it comes to reservations and check-ins. I’m always happy to stay here, and it’s definitely become a go-to spot for me. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a quiet, affordable, and reliable place to stay.

The stay at Daniel's apartment was excellent. It is comfortable, clean and organized. The place is beautiful, calm and the location is perfect. Daniel was very polite and helpful, he was always available for whatever we needed. Anyway, I highly recommend it and I will definitely be back!

Omar was a great host his response time was very quick. He also was very understanding about needing a late check in. The area is nice everything you need is close by.

This is such a beautiful and clean place. Everything was smooth from check in to check out. The place has a good vibe! The view is beautiful and the rooftop area with pool was very enjoyable! Definitely will return!

Vista Cay is a great setup. You can walk to the nearby Publix to get everything you need + are close to all the attractions. The pool is as advertised and doesn't feel overcrowded, even during peak season. Really great value overall.

It was a nice place to stay close to local areas and a lot to do. The place was clean and matched the pictures.

The townhouse was spacious and comfortable. It was clean and the kitchen was large enough to make meals. It was close to all the major attractions, yet peaceful. I would highly recommend Jerry's place to anyone looking for a place to stay near all the attractions!
