We had a good stay at Ted's place. It was close to our daughter and grandkids which was wonderful and just what we needed. Ted was always responsive and helpful. The only thing future guests should know is that there is no soap/shower gel, shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. There was hand soap at the sink and kitchen soap in the kitchen. The kitchen amenities are very basic and don't really lend to full-time cooking which we had hoped to do. It met our needs and we would book again.

This was a wonderful little house! It had everything we needed to feel right at home. The hosts communicated well about check-in, where to park, and guests staying in the larger attached house. The neighborhood is within walking distance to downtown Sanford and the riverwalk, making it an ideal location.

The place was clean and comfortable! Only blocks from our event. Kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware and gadgets (electric kettle, Keurig coffeemaker, etc.) They even had some coffee K-cups! The neighbourhood was very quiet with a park square across the street. The host was very helpful when I had a question. They checked with us after check-in to make sure everything was as expected. I'd definitely rent this place again.

The place looked just like the photos! I loved the location, and the host was extremely helpful and professional. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet and private stay. I’ll definitely be booking again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit was very spacious and well equipped. The in-unit washer and dryer was a nice have. The layout is just as pictured on the listing. My husband and I took daily walks to downtown. The Sunset in historic downtown Sanford is a must see. We highly recommend this property!

For our business purposes, the location is perfect; it is a quiet neighborhood. The beds are amazing!

Angelina was a great host! Very responsive and was prompt when needing to fix a WiFi issue. House as pictured, and stocked with extra towels, blankets, kitchen items. Enjoyed the beautiful lake and surroundings. Very close (5 min) to Boombah Sports complex.

We were recently in Deltona visiting family and spent a week at the condo. It was very clean, in a great location near area stores and restaurants, and accommodated our needs above and beyond. The grounds are very beautiful with the condo close to the pool and also a scenic nature trail. Tatiana was an amazing host and responded promptly to our questions. We will definitely plan to stay again the next time we are in Deltona!

The host was amazing—so attentive and accommodating, yet also respectful of my privacy. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything I needed. Beautiful, peaceful and serene. Perfect location in a private & quiet country setting, just minutes away from restaurants, grocery, shopping, etc. Although in Sanford, it only took ~50 minutes to get to Disney via 417. Luxurious & inspiring interior with professional design. Every bed was oh-so-comfy, including the twin beds. Fabulous & comfortable screened porch. We didn't want to leave & look forward to hopefully staying again...Wonderful! The host is excellent at communications.

Fantastic stay at Casa Feliz!! Quiet peaceful place to chill with great outdoor spaces. Pool was a godsend and heater worked as it should. Lovely walk 5 minutes away Kewanee park. We would recommend this property.

Stayed here for my cousins wedding. It was a great place to stay. My dog enjoyed the backyard and the house was very nice. Would be a place we would stay again if needed!

Perfect place to stay! Walkable to beach and everywhere was peaceful. Washers was a big plus too! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again next time I’m in town

This was our second stay at Katharines and it was just as enjoyable. Love the location and the view over Lake Cay. Everything went smoothly on check-in. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away. Hope to be back in the future.

The house was perfect and spacious!! Very clean and the young adults loved the ping pong table! The adults loved the comfy couch!! Would def come back and stay here!!

Beautiful condo, breathtaking views, and so comfortable! I loved having a very well-equipped kitchen, and Erica provided lots of conveniences that made the trip super enjoyable.

Great stay , host was very responsive and accommodating. Location is great , even coming in late you don’t have to worry about getting a parking spot . Exactly like the pictures, def recommend . Will stay here again .

we loved our stay here!! it was amazing! The guest book with information in it was a little outdated a lot of the restaurant prices have changed. The view was absolutely beautiful! The home had everything you needed. We would choose to stay there anytime!
