Great location! Simon was super helpful as he gave us lots of good recommendations to check out in the city. Within walking distance to the market, space needle, and many restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. Would highly recommend this property.

Debra was the most wonderful host. She supplied so many extra little things like makeup wipes and local snacks. Her place was so aesthetically pleasing and clean, we felt right at home. She recommended many great local spots and was super flexible with check in and out. She went above and beyond with accommodating us and we would absolutely recommend for any visitors to stay here during their trip to Seattle.

Comfortable and convenient home, with plenty of room and amenities! The neighborhood is walkable and has a variety of restaurants. It is centrally located so getting to Seattle’s sights is easy! The hosts were very organized and pleasant to communicate with, and the home is super clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay! The cleaning team takes care of everything at the end of your stay so you don’t have to spend your last hours cleaning up before you leave- a nice amenity! Thanks for the accommodations! Highly recommend!

Amazing spot, just as pictured. The bed is comfortable, Courtney is a wonderful communicator and the place is walking distance from everything. I would stay again.

Check-in was super easy as Jeri leaves very detailed instructions for everything. He’s also very communicative and often messages you before you have a chance to ask him something! Make sure to check out Jeri’s list of recommendations as it provided us with plenty of places to eat at.

This was a great stay! Leif really had every detail thought through. From the abundant outlets, hangers, mirrors, etc., we felt very taken care of. The location is great and around 10-15 min walk to most things central to Seattle. The street was quite empty despite being downtown (albeit a little shady). I recommend!

The location is unbeatable—just steps away from Pike Place Market, the waterfront, and tons of great restaurants and coffee shops. The space was exactly as described: clean, modern, and cozy, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Check-in was smooth, and the host was super responsive and helpful with local recommendations. If you’re looking for a convenient, comfortable place to stay while exploring Seattle, this is the spot. Would definitely book again!

Tetiana was super responsive and the home was very clean with every amenity needed. Love this area whether you’re driving, walking, or using public transit.

This place was so cozy, comfortable and convenient for all the things we had planned! Only a short walk to Pike Place and the Space Needle! Also really close to public transit which was easy to use! It was nice to have the washer and dryer plus other cleaning supplies for our long stay. Plus the large windows show an incredible view of the city which was fun to see during the day and at night! Great restaurant options all over this area as well. Will definitely be staying here again!!

The pictures don’t do this place justice! It’s much more beautiful in person and the views are quite amazing. - Leaving the fireplace on helps warm up the entire place quickly (learned this way too late into my stay) - They have so many supplies in the kitchen! I mean anything you can think of is there. - My toddler loved it. He had lots of room to explore. I will say there are stairs so depends on the toddler if they’ll stay down. - Our animals felt right at home. Ariel communicated quickly and answered any questions that came up during our stay. Would stay here again!

This is a great place to stay if you're visiting Olympic National Park! The neighborhood is quiet, and is away from the busier areas while still being close to the grocery store, restaurants, and downtown experiences. The kitchen was well-stocked with plates, utensils, etc., and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We really enjoyed staying here. The view is beautiful. Even though there is a lot of traffic near by, it was quiet and easy to fall asleep. We loved that almost everything was within walking distance and we didn’t need to use Lyft or Uber much. Just be prepared to have your legs hurting at the end of your vacation if you’re not used to walking that much.

I stayed at Amy's place on a week long trip visiting friends in Seattle. I've stayed at 1-2 longer term airbnbs in Seattle before, and this apartment was an awesome home base! I paid a little over $100 per night (including taxes), and it was a great value (especially considering its central location). What was great: - Apartment overall was very clean with hard flooring (seemingly well swept and mopped) - Very clean kitchen and bathroom (including bathtub and sink). Appliances were kept up to date - Very usable + well stocked kitchen + laundry - Comfortable bed and desk setup - Central location and easy access, quiet neighbors - Warm adjustable radiator in the bedroom, I was never cold on ~20F nights What wasn't perfect: - Windows let in some noise. There wasn't much noise (pedestrians were quiet and there wasn't honking, mostly just driving noise), but might interrupt sensitive sleepers - 0.5 floor unit, so less privacy when curtains are opened

I brought my parents out to Seattle for a mini spring break vacation. They loved the place, location and how safe it was to get in and out of the building. Clear instructions and super convenient location to almost everything. 100% would rent again.

We were greeted with a person checkin assistant who walked up through the process. Very safe & comfortable.

Amazing location-- walking distance to everything downtown, but unit facing internal courtyard was quieter than on-street would be, and the gym downstairs was handy to have. Eugenio was great to communicate with. the bathroom has a fairly strong mildew smell, but I'm very sensitive to that-- wouldn't bother most people. Clean and comfortable bed.

Chris's place was wonderful. It was clean, close (next door, actually) to a wonderful local coffee and pastry shop, and very safe. We were within easy walking distance of Pike Place Market and its wonderful restaurants and other attractions, the Seattle Aquarium, Pier 69 where we took a whale watching tour, and the Space Needle and Chihuly Gardens. There is a mini-market a couple doors down that provided any necessities we needed. We had a wonderful stay and hope to stay again when we next visit Seattle.

The Condo/Townhouse was very clean and you cannot beat the location. All CityPass locations are very walkable. The bakery downstairs is amazing and there are many good restaurants and bars. We took our teenage boys there and they loved being able to grab stuff from the Belltown Market as well. It is a bit noisy as the alley below has contruction trucks and trash trucks so leaving the windows open was not great. Overall the place was great!

We had a great trip, came to watch a homey game and were within walking distance so that was super convenient. Simon was very proactive in making sure we had what we might need:) very responsive and easy to communicate with if we had any concerns.

Raymond had Eric meet us. He was very friendly and showed us everything we needed to know. It was a wonderful experience and really made our visit. I will stay here again if we're ever lucky enough to come back to Seattle.

Gayle and her staff were great! Their instructions were clear and thorough. They were friendly and very helpful in helping us have a great experience in visiting Seattle and the surrounding areas. My family and friends were thrilled with our stay!
