Saubere und gut ausgestatette Unterkunft. Perfekt für 2 bis 3 Personen. Die Lage ist gut , es gibt viele Supermärkte und Restaurants in der nähe. Der kostenlose Parkplatz der Unterkunft erspart viel Zeit und gibt einem ein sicheres gefühl wenn der Wagen direkt in der Einfahrt steht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief sehr einfach und unkompliziert.

Initially we were going to go to a hotel for our last couple of days in Belgrade, Serbia after 2 months in Novi Sad. All the rooms were booked do to the European basketball tournament. Well that turned out to be a good thing because this place is great. What caught my eye initially was the price but seeing the pictures and realizing it was on the Sava River we decided this was it. It is a little bit out of the way but if you are looking for some peace and quiet this is the place. (Sometimes there are loud parties at night close by.) The main entrance is through a door to the lower deck area which also leads to the river. This area has a BBQ, bar, sink, other seating and wait fot it,.....party lights!!!!! To the right is a somewhat steep staircase to the living area with another door at the top. The upstairs also has another semi private deck overlooking the river. Being a total sun bum from California I spent most of my time on this deck. My partner but so much during the sunshine. Also at night the lights on the river are magical. The instructions with pictures for the TV, LED projector, sound system, wood burning stove and party lights were very clear. Awesome sound system by the way. Easy to connect your phone via Bluetooth and rock. The LED projector has a HDMI to USB-C cable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need plus an air popper, espresso machine, toaster, pots, pans, range and decent fridge. The couch/fold out bed was comfy as a couch and a bed. The deck furniture was perfect. Seriously, I lived in the sling beach chair. And prolly most important the place was very clean. The instructions to get here are very clear but the pictures are absolutley necessary. Since it is out of the way getting a taxi may be a challenge but the bus system is great. There is a bus stop on the main road next to the turn off for the property. Minutes away are great restaurants and bars along the river and lake. Dragan is a great host. He keeps in contact to make sure everything is perfect. We will definitly rent from him again.

I really enjoyed my stay! The place was very peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. The view was beautiful, and the house had everything I needed. It’s located in a private area, so it’s calm and away from the city noise. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind.

Komunikacija je bila jednostavna i brza. Lenina kuća je dobro opremljena. U dvorištu je pravo uživanje.

This place has an amazing view. Very close to the center of Zlatibor (5min by car) yet very quiet and private. Very clean and equipped for family stay.

The house is authentic, cosy and warm. Has a beautiful dining space with lots of light coming through the windows. The house is surrounded by beautiful nature, situated on a hill with beautiful view. We had a great time and a true rest there. Our kids rated the house and the overall stay 10 out of 10.

Отдыхали с подругами, всё прошло отлично! Вокруг очень красиво, в доме уютно и чисто. Много чем можно заняться на территории - качели, гамак, батут... Есть всё для того, чтобы пожарить мясо. Мирко специально для нас подготовил бассейн и джакузи - это было прекрасно! Да и вообще с Мирко очень приятно общаться :)

Amazing place! Clean, incredible view and super helpful host. It has all the facilities for cooking and enjoying time. We had a family tour (including 6 months old baby) and everything was perfect! Baby stuff was in the house.

Great and spacecious place.. city centar and park are just in front of the door! Stairs for second floor might be problematic for preschool kind and older people.

It was excellent. Dragan is super friendly and helpful. The apartment is cozy and fully equipped. The neighborhood is quiet and has many shops and cafes. Also there is a big shopping mall and a nice park nearby.

We were extremely happy to stay in this apartment, it really felt like home. Since we had a small child with us we’ve appreciated that the apartment was big and quiet. We’ve also really liked the view. Thank you very much, everything was great!

We had an amazing time at the this beautiful apartment. I loved to wake up in the morning and had my first coffee at the terrace with an amazing city view. The rooms are very cozy and well equipped. We found everything you needed. It took da 10 minute walk (slowly) to the main city place. You can find a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets in the surrounding. At night it was very quiet. We slept very well. And Jelena and Denis were amazing hosts. The helped us with very flexible check in and check out which was really great. And gave us a very warm welcome with cold beer and snacks. The also provided coffee capsules for us. Thanks a lot for this!!! We definitely recommend this apartment.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The host was very helpful and attentive throughout our visit, making sure we had everything we needed. The flat itself is spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for families. One of the highlights was the pool, conveniently located on the same floor – we used it every day! The location couldn’t be better; it’s within a walking distance to the city center, yet still in a peaceful area. The apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We can definitely recommend this place and are already looking forward to coming back!

Very nice apartment in the heart of the city, easy to walk around with lots of things to do, Jovana was always responsive, excellent value and felt like home.

We stayed at Dragana's place for the Belgrade Marathon. It was the perfect location for exploring the city as well. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had beautiful furnishings. I would love to stay again. Dragana was very helpful, met us in person and showed us around. A great introduction to Serbia!
