Had a great stay at Kathleen's Airbnb. Close to everything you would need. Clean and well furnished.

From the minute we walked in felt at home. Beautifully decorated without any clutter. All you could ask for was there and a bottle of wine to boot. We never turned on the TV and played scrabble and put together a puzzle with our friends. A great getaway.

My group really enjoyed our stay! The hosts were very responsive to any questions I had.

BEST location and a fabulous property. We parked our car for the entire stay. Walked minutes to restaurants, coffee, shops, to the suspension bridge and hiking trails. The outdoor patio is lovely, the beds comfortable and the home plenty roomy. Sam and Andrejka were super responsive and great hosts. It was the perfect place for our visit to Nevada City!

Paul and Amy have done a fantastic job at curating a cozy and welcoming feeling to this home. The house is filled with cute decorations and perfect amenities. Outside of the full-stop kitchen appliances, large hot tub and wood-burning fireplace, their sound system was a huge hit! Everything was top notch. Not to mention, they are extremely friendly and kind hosts. Anyone would be lucky to enjoy time at their place.

We came to Reno for our Nephews wedding. We had a wonderful 4 nights in our rental. We did bring our dog and my mother in law. Knowing that we were going into a rental that allows pets we were ready for it to be a little dirty and maybe dog hair around….. but that was not the case. This place was clean clean clean!! The location was perfect for everything Reno. We even got parking every time on the street right in front of the rental. Even though we had a designated parking for the spot it was great to have options. The place was very sound proof. We couldn’t hear people down stairs or the rooms next to each other and even outside noise. Plenty of room in the rental and all necessary amenities. We would stay here again for sure!!

Great place for me, my husband and our pups! It’s walking distance to the lake and the village. Super close to heavenly ski resort as well. April accommodated us greatly and we had a great time!

Convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. Particularly appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay there again if I’m ever back in Reno.

Peggy was a wonderful host. Great location, short walk to downtown and near to hiking trails. Fantastic private back yard to relax in. Very comfortable and clean unit and we appreciated the extra attention to detail and care that Peggy put into her place. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to be back again. Such a hidden gem! This place was even better than expected—just as described and had everything you could possibly think of. Super clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The host was amazing—communicative, thoughtful, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We’ll absolutely be regulars from now on. Very new, very comfortable, close to everything you need, beautiful neighborhood. As mentioned in other reviews it is a little loud at times but if you just shut the window it blocks out all of the outside noise. The town has a noise ordinance at night but they need one in the morning ! Kitchen has everything we needed to cook breakfast and have coffee and tea. John is a great host and made it very easy for use to enjoy the beauty and rich history of Nevada city. Cheers !

Carol’s spot is lovely- clean and centrally located but quiet and peaceful. She was incredibly friendly and responsive. The space was clean and welcoming. The only downside is there isn’t a kitchen or kitchenette but it’s so close to town and fun to experience the local eateries. I would highly recommend her place for anyone looking for a spot close to Nevada City. The bed was comfy also with comfortable sheets:) thank you Carol!!!

Very clean and all the supplies etc needed to have an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Bathrooms, Beds and bedrooms were excellent. Would stay here again.

Great spot for quick incline village stays! Would definitely stay again.

Jared’s place was great! Excellent privacy with a nice patio. We had a snowboard day at Boreal and this was an excellent economic option about a half hour away for a party of 5.

Fantastic stay at Monte’s place! Strong heat in the winter, clubhouse with great community staff - hot tub, ping pong, and pool in the summer. Washer/dryer and full kitchen with essentials was great. TV with a boomin’ Sonos speaker too! The electric cooktop was uneven on some burners which caused some delays with cooking. We moved this neighborhood which was so close to Stateline. We easily found Ubers back and forth when we needed them.

Lovely place! Very clean and well equipped, felt right at home. We had private access to the lake, which was a huge plus. The area is quiet and not very far from restaurants. 100% recommend!

Matt and Katie’s place is the perfect Palisades ski weekend stay! The place: -Amazing location in the center of the village, nice building and amenities (fully stocked kitchen, two huge community hot tubes, beautiful views from the deck), and lots of space to unwind. The only minor downside is it can be a little noisy on Friday night with a karaoke bar two floors below but this disbanded by 11pm. The hosts: Extremely responsive and helpful, with great recommendations and clear instructions. Overall, 10/10 planning to stay again!

Wonderful place for a peaceful escape from daily life. The neighborhood is quiet yet conveniently located, and the well-stocked kitchen was a big plus. Mihai was incredibly friendly and helpful—always quick to respond. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

June’s place was awesome. Every little detail was carefully addressed. The pictures used in instructions for various utilities were very helpful. Fireplace was so nice after a day on the slopes. Nice to have a single level ground floor unit.
