Greet and her husband Guafa( hope I got the spelling right :)) were excellent hosts ; helpful, kind and a jolly bunch. The place is even better. the pool is the highlight of the place. The art in the house is very interesting. The place was extremely clean. The location is good, so you have your own personal space as well they help you get a bike on rent to move around or even get to the beach. We are surely coming back again. Thanks for everything Greet.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Goa with family and our dog. The villas are clean, well-maintained, and ideally located—close to Candolim Beach and restaurants, yet peaceful. The service was impeccable, with the caretaker always available and quick to assist. To our surprise, the villa looked even better than in the photos! We spent a lot of time relaxing in the spacious living room and enjoying the shared pool, which also has a good restaurant. My mother especially loved stepping onto her terrace every morning to see the coconut trees—something she still misses now that we're back home. Our stay was truly comfortable, and we would definitely book again. The only small suggestion is a kitchen upgrade, as it felt a bit dated and could use some new utensils. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend Villa Goa for a peaceful and enjoyable stay!

Our stay with friends was excellent & memorable. The location is great, its a 2nd bit plot from main rood, so easy access for everything but still calm & quiet for a peaceful stay. The beach was about 5 minutes walk from stay and the in-house swimming pool was very clean & well maintained. Most importantly the caretakers Mr.Nimraj & his wife Mrs.Leela were very humble & helpful. They cooked tasty food for us including breakfast, lunch & dinner and also served us hot Tea or coffee whenever we demanded. It was really a homely & relaxed vacation with buddies. Moreover it was a beautifully decorated and adorable house, thankyou.

This is my second stint in this place. Beautiful property. its exactly like in pics. quiet very serene. the vibe is nice and very positive. Felt very good to stay here. comfortable stay. Raj has been super responsive. always available. instructions are well written so it's easy to settle. beaches are close so morning walks etc are easy. Restaurants are good around.

It was a great place to stay. The place is very beautiful, the host is extremely cheerful and a very hospitable person. He recommended us the best things to do, that made our experience memorable. The chef cooked great food. Barbecue is especially recommended.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Let me start off by saying that I have been swayed. Although we were two couples with 3 naughty kids, still this gem kept me in a blissful and serene state, albeit being in a popular place filled with lively cafés and bars. The peace, calm, beauty, and nature at Casa Maya charmed me every time I stepped in. The hosts are very knowledgeable and always eager to help (especially Rohit), the caretaker and cook took care of us like they know us from past life. I wouldn't be out of my mind to blatantly say that if I dont get a reservation here in the future, I will change my dates.

Very well maintained place. The in-house staff were very friendly. Easy to drive to north or south goa. The pool was very clean and quite enjoyable.

Walked straight into our own paradise when we checked in. Vibrant walls, paintings and interiors dorn the villa. We weren't sure which part of the villa to explore first, we ran all around it. :) to start off with - - The living room is amazingly spacious with 2 very well thought of additions 1. A colorful bar set with all kinds of glasses, shot glasses, openers, etc. 2. A Marshall speaker that sets the perfect mood! - Four large bedrooms with different interiors. All accompanied with restrooms, toiletries, tv and an extra sofa bed to accommodate 3 people with ultimate comfort and luxury. - The pool is a key highlight! Well maintained with right amount of chlorine and big enough to play games in and around it :D - There is ample space to walk around, balconies that look out into a splendid view. - The review is incomplete without mentioning the in house staff who are very helpful, kind and respond to queries instantly and make delicious breakfast! Make sure to ask for their scrambled eggs and aloo paranthas :) The photos do not do complete justice to Gupreet's villa so it would make complete sense for me to say that one must visit to truly live a luxurious, yet homely holiday in Goa. It is serene, vibrant, spacious, homely and can be just as loud as you make it. ;) We haven't stopped talking about this villa since our return. Look forward to heading back soon! 🤞

Great place and very friendly host and staff. We were 11 adults and 2 kids and we had ample space to get together, have fun. The pool was clean and we enjoyed it every day. Very helpful host who took care of our needs. Very helpful staff. The cooks made delicious food and there were lots of choices. We will visit this place again. 30mins from the beaches and centrally located.

Excellent stay. All things were arranged on single call with best of the quality. Cook, Cabs and rented cars all were value to money.

Great stay. Rahul and his crew at the house were incredibly helpful and made our stay feel amazing and luxurious. There was a miscommunication about the use of extra beds in each of the bedrooms & personal use of the kithcen. Sanjay, the agent for this listing, did not clearly communicate these issues which could have been easily resolved stating them clearly in the AirBnB listing. Alternatively, the house staff and Sanjay could have clarified the rules with each other, rather than having the guest stuck in the middle of numerous miscommunications. Also, once we booked, the actual location of the house was was not revealed. We had to proactively reach out to Sanjay to receive the exact location. I use AirBnB everywhere in the world. The process could've have been smoother with better communication. These issues can be easily resolved when Sanjay has a better understanding of the property and its rules. Other than that it was an amazing stay and we would love to stay again in the future

I loved our stay here. Pictures does not do justice for this home. The 2 caretakers were so good and always helpful. The rooms are very spacious and private for a few families to stay together. Each bedroom has their own full bathroom which is perfect! Patios are cozy and welcoming. The pool was super cold for the kiddos but don’t let this stop you from checking this beautiful home out. Love the fine details put into the home. Thanks for a lovely stay in Goa and for the recommendations.

I recently stayed at this beautiful 1BHK villa in Goa, and it was an incredible experience! The villa offers a perfect mix of modern amenities and Goan charm. Мы прекрасно отдохнули в этом доме в Бенаулиме, фото и описание дома , все было четко как в объявлении, локация очень удачная , рядом с пляжем и на самой центровой улице где все магазины и рестораны, вообщем прекрасное место, чисто , тихо красиво. Дом очень хороший , большие спальни, большая зона первого этажа , мы были компанией из трех семей , места всем хватило , рекомендую !

We had a wonderful stay at this villa – it’s a stunning property with warm and friendly house help. My family had an amazing time, and we were truly impressed by how beautiful the villa is. One suggestion for improvement would be to have an in-house chef, which would make the experience absolutely perfect. That said, there are plenty of nearby dining options, and the house help was very accommodating in arranging food from local restaurants.

For my wife and I the location was perfect, close to Colva but set back from the noise of the main road. Mrs Geetha was always responsive and helpful. The villa could do with a few more pieces of furniture (bedside cabinets etc.) but we managed with what was available. We shall return :-)

Amazing stay. I've stayed at this place two times, both times it was super fun. The host and the maintenance lady Brenda was also super helpful. Just one small thing, I wish they had supplied soap, shower and some other toiletries.
