This is our second stay here. It was clean and it had all the amenities listed. The location is a bit far from restaurants and mini markets if you don't drive there, but it's peaceful and safe. Great place to stay with pets and children above toddler-age. The place has 2 bathroom, one of them has water heater. You can walk you pet around the neighborhood. Philip is a great host and very responsive.

Host berinisiatif contact duluan sebelum check in. Waktu check in flexible sehingga keluarga kami bisa beristirahat dengan nyaman setelah perjalanan kereta pagi. Rumah sesuai dg foto, fasilitas juga spt sesuai dengan di listing

Very quiet! Probably the first place I ever stayed in Indonesia where I never heard any barking dogs. Nice small office and bedroom, it's a nice home. Plus a big smart TV too.

The place is beautiful and thoughtfully designed—every detail feels intentional. It’s impeccably clean, and we especially loved the subtle, comforting scent throughout the space, particularly the fresh linen in the bedroom. There’s not much to do in Cinere, but that’s exactly the charm of it: a peaceful retreat where you can simply enjoy the home and unwind.

Nice big place, can accomodate 6 until 10 people with extra bed. Clean and easy to find. Near big street (Jl.Gajah Mada), many food stall and mini market.

Very recomended if you looking for a place to stay that close to Siloam Hospital. Unitnya sangat bersih dan sesuai dengan foto. Akses kursi roda juga sangat mudah dan banyak restoran serta ada supermarket. Host sangat komunikatif dan fast response. Thank you. Will be back for sure.

Big space and super clean place, the location also good because connect to garden, all is worth the price. but maybe not suitable if bring baby or for house party because the neighborhood is want peaceful and bit annoy with noisy. overall, theresia is really a good host and i'll recommend her place to my friends. The host bu Memo was very responsive and helpful. There were some questions and miss regarding the amenities but bu Memo helped right away. Place was very suitable for large groups. Smart TV, water heater, and wifi were provided. Cleanliness of towels and blankets could be improved, but all in all, had a pleasant stay and definately would recommend this place.

The owner so kind Ms Anita friendly and helpful even I asked her about if she knew anyone rent motorcycle and she was fast response and send me some recommendations therefore, high recommend for anyone want rent there. The room so clean and enough for two person, location also nice nearby many restaurants and cafe , the view wonderful, but one thing the location a bit far from central Jakarta but also not too much far around 30 min by motorcycle.
