The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Casa del Capitano | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Nel grande cortile esterno troverete a vostra disposizione una grande piscina con terrazza panoramica che si affaccia su una valle con vista mozzafiato su vigneti e oliveti dove godersi tramonti spettacolari.

The villa built entirely of stone gives our guests a relaxing stay in complete privacy but also pleasant excursions in the surroundings and the sea. The pool water is heated IMPORTANT: it is heated in the mid-season periods 28° (May-June) (September-November) IMPORTANT: We are immersed in nature and in the woods so there are flying insects! Antica villa toscana, bellissima, con giardino privato esclusivo, completamente ristrutturata, immersa nelle splendide e dolci colline toscane. La villa ha una vista mozziafiato, molto soleggiata, ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort, silenziosa e non isolata. La casa si trova a Bagnolo, piccola frazione di Impruneta alle porte del Chianti, zona di uliveti, vigneti e pace. La casa si trova a circa 10 km in macchina dal centro di Firenze.

A Big Dream in a Little Tower.

The Tower was created in the late 1800s by an illustrious Englishman, Sir John Temple Leader, in one of the oldest and most important stone quarries belonging to the Medici family. From the same quarry were extracted many important works such as the columns of the Medici chapels, the steps of the Laurenziana library .. all just 5 km from the historic center of Florence.
