The Starlite

The Starlite at Ruakh is a private luxury geodesic dome tucked along the edge of the woods on our 87-acre farm in Tazewell County, Virginia. Designed for quiet getaways, slow mornings, clear night skies, and time by the fire, this 500-square-foot dome blends the comfort of a thoughtfully finished stay with the feeling of being close to the land. Inside, you will find a king bed, modern comfort, a private bathroom, heating and air, and the kind of details that make the stay feel intentional.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to camp. We have 60 acres of mountainous land with hiking trails and great views. Perfect for family time, bonfires, relaxing, hiking, biking and picnics. Bring your own hammock or find one of ours up in the trails! Very peaceful area close to Damascus (20min) Whitetop mountain (30min) and Grayson Highlands State Park (40min). Private fire pit, picnic table and charcoal grill (Charcoal provided).
