Such a lovely house. Bed very comfortable, very warm , everything you could need in the kitchen. All in all a very nice home , would definitely book this place again.

Just returned from a family trip staying at sandy toes. Had an awesome time, accommodation was amazing lots of room for 6 adults and 1 German shepherd who all had a ball. Definitely will return 👍👍 thanks Lisa 😘😘

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this great property- the direct access to the beach is very special - and the house is a real home, furnished for comfortable living rather than rental. Lots of gorgeous walks near by - great golf course up the road, handy EV charging point 2 mins walk away, and Ashford designer shopping outlet 30 mins drive away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. It had everything we needed, was very spacious, and in a perfect location. The beach is just a short walk away, and it's very easy to get into Brighton.

Absolutely lovely stay at this lovely property. Mark was always very quick to respond and very helpful. The house is feels homely so it’s easy to settle in quickly. Great location and lovely views. Would highly recommend!

Thank you Andrea we had an amazing stay. We were 8 adults (2 who have some difficulties walking due to recent surgeries) and 2 kids and the house worked well for us. It was easily walkable to the beach and the garden was a treat particularly for the Easter egg hunt. Very soft beds too.

Lovely place very clean and cozy. Hot tub was great also very clean. Love the little touches with the eggs and orange juice. Will book again in the summer when the pool is open thanks for our stay.

Great lodge, small and beautiful. Garden was massive and things to do for children. Warm inside and beds was very comfortable, such a lovely relaxing lodge. Host was amazing was available to communicate and was happy for me to have my hen ladies there. Only 1 annoying part was the dirt road leading up too gate. As u wouldnt realise to go up it.. easy to miss. BUT still 10/10.. cant wait to go back for a nice night away.

Fabulous week, swallows nest cottage was lovely and the swimming pool was great, we were the only ones in there each time. Chris even opened the pool early for us which was much appreciated. Used the steam room too and the fabulous hot tub - had fabulous walks with our two spaniels, along the coast to Firehills was our favourite. The Cove pub was amazing, very dog friendly, warm (log fire) and welcoming, food fantastic. All in all a really lovely week. Chris and Erik very ready to help but totally happy to leave you to enjoy their lovely gardens etc. We’ll be back! Thank you Chris and Erik

The pictures truly did not do this house justice. It was lovely inside and out. The game room was just what our two sons needed after a long day out exploring the countryside. They also loved the trampoline and the whole family enjoyed the hot tub. The house was spotless and very well stocked. We loved collecting and eating the eggs from the chickens. Restaurants nearby were delicious and everyone we met in Battle was so friendly. We would love to stay again if we are in the area!

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

Caroline's cottage was so peaceful and beautiful, set in a gorgeous setting. Caroline provided groceries for a cooked breakfast as well as croissants, which was a great touch and saved us the issue of finding local shops etc. It was lovely waking up to bird song. We loved the way Caroline's ducks came to greet us as we set off each day. Thank you Caroline for responding to any enquiries so swiftly too. Your cottage was so cosy and comfortable.

The urban stay flat I had was PERFECT. It was spotless, and had all the little things you could think of (including a nespresso machine). The building was private so it felt safe and everyone was super friendly and helpful in the building. The amenities were great, having a gym to use was amazing as well as a separate coworking space for when I had to do some work. The flat was walking distance to so many great shopping spots, restaurants and transportation ways. I would 100% stay with them again when in London for long periods of time!

We had an amazing 3 nights with our small family! The caravan is great, well laid out, equipped and clean. Great selection of games plus the TV and WiFi were convenient. The afternoon sun on the terrace was relaxing and beautiful. The holiday park was small but very friendly. We went swimming in the pool every day and couldn’t believe how close we were to the beach (would’ve taken advantage of that more had the weather been a touch warmer, alas!) The facilities close by (as signposted by Shirley) were fab - harbour, walks and shopping complex. We had a day trip to Battle (1066 Battle of Hastings) which was great and interesting for the whole family. Very much recommend staying with Shirley and will likely stay again ourselves! My wife, small dog and myself had a long stay in this wonderful flat in Wanstead. We felt right at home with all the amenities you would expect and some nice luxury touches to make it feel extra special. The property was well presented and thoroughly clean throughout. The host Charlotte was super helpful and friendly and we communicated throughout the stay, zero issues and was great to deal with such lovely people. We loved the area of Wanstead village, the property is literally on the High St where there are a plethora of good shops and amazing local restaurants to try out. Lovely walks nearby to explore nature. A highlight for us was private parking as we had our vehicle with us, the forecourt was spacious and made it very convenient to come and go. Very close to 2 tube stations on the Central line which makes getting into central London a breeze. Would highly recommend this property and the hosts, A+ experience. Would definitely stay again.

This was our second stay at Maria's 70's caravan. Very cosy with beautiful views of the field opposite, this time with grazing sheep! Maria and Matt are great hosts. Highly recommend.

Such a beautiful cosy perfect little place we fell in love with it the minute we walked through the garden gate, cute, quaint and abit like stepping back in time, an evening in front of the fire on the comfy sofa with a cup of tea after a very windswept walk across the nature reserve was an absolutely perfect Sunday, followed by a great sleep in the super comfy bed , and croissant and fresh coffee for Breakfast kindly left by Lynda who was such a lovely helpful host, we will absolutely be back to stay for longer in the summer, one of our most favorite Air bnb accomodations by far 🙂

We had a great stay at Helen's place while viviting with friends who live in the neighborhood. We'd rent the place again, anytime. The small downtown area is within walking distance which made our stay eben more enjoyable.

Loved our stay! We felt right at home straight away and Mel left it all lovely and cosy for us arriving, with the heating and lamps on. We arrived in a storm too and she kindly checked in to see how we were getting on with our journey. House had a key lock, which was great for flexibility, so suited us. And Mel let us know she was only round the corner if we needed anything. Really homely feeling, lovely living room to all relax together with blankets and a great tv, and table in the kitchen to eat at. Hardly saw Darth Vader the cat, although the kids did spot him under one of the beds at one point. We just stayed one night, before going to Harry Potter the following morning and it was perfect for that. 10 min walk from the train station and Harry Potter bus, cafe for breakfast at the end of the road, Tesco, co-op, kfc all within 5 min walk. Would definitely recommend for staying with kids - ours are 12 and 9. Comfy beds, lovely bathroom, all great! Thanks Mel ! x

Easy to locate and access. Neat, clean, and tidy. Walking distance to shops and public transport. Great kitchen with everything we needed.

Really enjoyed our stay at Justnya’s cute little guest house. It was close to the Tottenham Statium, which was the reason for staying. The cabin is really cosy, has everything you need and Justnya was very an excellent host. Would recommend to others to stay.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The place is perfect for anyone looking to take a break from the city and enjoy some fresh air, beautiful nature, and peaceful quiet. It’s exactly what we needed to recharge. Our dog was probably the happiest of all — he loved exploring the surroundings and had the time of his life! Nothing fell short of our expectations, even for us. The host was incredibly kind and considerate, ensuring that we had everything we required for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. A lovely getaway that we would absolutely recommend.
