I have for rent a fully furnished house of 750 sq.ft , good for couples/ families (with kids) and business travellers and well-located with grocery/ pharmacies in 200m radius, top-notch restaurants in 2-3km radius and railway station/airport within 5-8km radius. Though breakfast is not provided, microwave and induction stove are available in the apartment with coffee, tea and sugar satchets. Can suggest food delivery services if required. The house is tucked away yet close to the city centre - public transport, sightseeing spots like Sim's Park and cafes and restaurants.
