We enjoyed a sublime weekend at Morgan's place! The house was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The kitchen is a nice size and has most anything you might need. There are front and back decks, with lots of places to spend time outside enjoying the hilltop views. There's a big gas grill and a firepit with comfortable seating and plenty of firewood. The kitchen is open to the dining and living room areas, so it's a great place to cook with friends. The location is easy to find, just a few miles outside Eminence, and is super-convenient to Alley Spring and the Jack's Fork. Morgan is a great communicator and immediately took care of our request for more dishwasher pods. When we visit Eminence again, this is where we plan to stay.

Love the privacy of this home, while still being able to walk to get breakfast or a milkshake! Would definitely recommend!

A weekend getaway for adults. The location was perfect. Just a few minutes walk to main Street. Accommodations were perfect for our needs. Minor issue with internet connection. Joey went above & beyond to get it corrected.! Shout out to the local service man who arrived promptly on a Saturday morning to get service up & going !! Only note we would make, is to know there are stairs involved to get your belongings up to the entrance door. Which will not effect everyone. But for a few it may. we definitely will use this property again and any others Joey may have in the future 😀 Weekend well spent !

Beautiful home with spacious areas to eat and play cards. Very comfortable beds. Home had everything you would need in the kitchen too.

The Weekender was the perfect place to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday. It accommodated my family well and was in a great location for our frequent trips to Shawnee Creek to see the wild horses. Plus it was only a short drive to see Alley and Round Springs. The house was very clean and cozy with all the comforts of home. We loved the big couch and greatly appreciated all the amenities in the kitchen which made cooking while traveling easy for us. The host also surprised us with birthday decorations setup upon our arrival which was unexpected and a super sweet gesture. My mom loved them and it added to the wonderful time we had while visiting Eminence. We can’t wait to come back!

Pristine clean, tastefully decorated, plenty of space to make a meal, sharp knives, plenty of hot water for showers. The cleanest, most spacious place I've stayed in Eminence! Even the closet was perfectly clean instead of dusty and musty. A total gem!

What a cool place! Owners are awesome and the house is beautifully remodeled. Wish we had more time to spend there. Highly recommend!

Just what we were looking for in a low key weekend getaway! Natalie was a great host, and very helpful from before checking in when GPS was messing up on our end and we needed a pin dropped, answering any questions we had quickly, and having clear instructions for checking and checkout.

Nice place, great view. Well appointed. Wish we could have stuck around long enough to enjoy the spot. Be careful with google maps navigation it’ll take you about a mile too far down the road.

You have found the perfect place to stay. Stop reading reviews and book the Easy Street Apartment! I am one of those people who investigates every lodging option and reads every review. I have very high expectations - this apartment will not disappoint! Natalie is super communicative, a superb host. You will feel secluded but welcomed. We felt safe during the pandemic and positioned very conveniently to visit the Ozark Scenic Riverways and the Peck Ranch Conservation Area. Natalie and her husband clearly spared no expense to make this the ideal getaway locale. The king bed and linens were very comfortable and the couch backs recline nicely. The bathroom was expansive and the shower, too. There was plenty of room for two people in the shower and with two shower heads, nobody gets cold! There were nice touches throughout the apartment - laundry pods for the washer, unique locally made toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.), hair dryer, and lots of amenities in the kitchen. The kitchen was well appointed with full size brand-new appliances and more conveniences - stackable bowls (sized for ice cream, cereal, popcorn, etc.), dishes, flatware, knives, pots and pans, potholders, dishwashing liquid, dish drainer, etc. There is also a welcome binder with FAQs and local dining recommendations. My husband's favorite thing about the apartment was the keypad entrance - very convenient. My favorite thing was the overall layout - cozy but roomy and luxurious but comfortable. I also appreciated being able to park so close. Loading and unloading the car is usually such a chore but not this time. Last but not least favorite, the apartment was impeccably clean - everything was absolutely spotless! A couple of not-so-favorites to frame your expectations. When we stayed (October 2020), there was no cable or channels at all capable of being received on the television. It is a smart TV and we were able to watch Netflix and sign in to our Amazon Prime account but that was it. Obviously, this was not a huge drawback since we were on vacation to enjoy nature but it is good to know ahead of time. Additionally, we did not have a Verizon signal in the area so we could receive most texts and calls but it was nearly impossible to connect to the internet on our iPhones. If you are a Verizon customer, be sure to print the driving directions before you leave home so you do not wander around like we did. All in all, we had a fabtabulous getaway and I am confident you will, too, when you stay on Easy Street! Have fun and be safe!

Place was clean and tidy. Bed was comfy with super soft sheets. Close to everything you need to see in this little town.

Hogans hideout was a spacious and clean space. I would definitely stay again.

such a cute, clean, cozy place. was a last minute stay for us and so glad we did! the area is beautiful, can't wait to go back. Steven and Tiffany are amazing hosts, very responsive to our questions, etc. would definitely recommend staying here!!

If you don't like to tent camp, but want to float and hang out at the river I highly recommend this place. It's at the edge of the main street so everything is close by. Don't expect good internet. Eminence is known for having bad wifi. water pressure was good and the bed was comfy. so much better than camping.

We stayed here last year and again this year. Always a pleasant stay, clean, friendly, peaceful and fun. Sits just on the edge of town to be quiet but close enough to walk to the dairy shack or down to the coffee shop. It’s a great place to stay, great hosts, and very very clean. We will be back again next year!
