We stayed at this property the weekend of our wedding and it was perfect! The house and surrounding area were absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! It was clean and stocked well with supplies. All the amenities listed were present and functioned well. Jeanne was a wonderful host! She was very responsive and made us feel right at home! We couldn't recommend this Airbnb more and can’t wait to visit again!

Gorgeous private property, surrounded by nature. Welcoming home with wonderful amenities. Instantly aware a great deal of thought was put into all aspects of this home, providing a seamless transition to vacation mode. Host was very communicative and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location for a women’s wellness retreat! The ladies are already asking when we can come back. Plenty of spaces big and small to facilitate us, both as a group as well as individuals looking to relax and recharge. Having two kitchens was nice for feeding such a big group, and the heated saltwater pool was the cherry on top!

Kyle and Krystal were excellent hosts with a beautiful space. Everything was as described. Great pool, a kitchen with lots of needed items, linens, towels, and a beautiful yard. Private and secluded. They were both very responsive whenever we had a question. Highly recommend.

Perfect place for our stay in Germantown. Very cozy and the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. Plenty of rooms for everyone to have their own space and also the family room was big enough for everyone to hang out together.

Place was lovely and exactly as listed. Spacious , great views, clean and lots of DVDs and board games. Highly recommend staying here!

Absolute peaceful oasis. This home gives you every essence of Virginia Wine Country. The home was quaint and the deer came up every morning to greet us. I can’t wait to come back in the summer when the pool is open! Thanks again

This was our family's second stay with Michele Indigo residence. We always bring our two pups and they love the walkable neighborhood and the large fenced in front yard. The house is quaint and unique as well as beautifully decorated, but comfortably livable at the same time. It is conveniently within walking distance to Old Town Winchester, parks, and fabulous restaurants. Michele provided timely check in instructions and local suggestions for food and entertainment. Check out expectations were a breeze and the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Although our visits in the Winchester area may be coming to a close with our child's upcoming graduation from the University, our visits will continue and we will always use Michele's listing for our family's longer stays! Thanks again for hosting us Michele! We can't wait to stay again!

It was a peaceful family get away. The house is well stocked with necessities. The animals were an adorable touch. I enjoyed feeding them more than the kids did. The trails are more for able bodied people. My clumsy 2 year old was not able to get very far. My kids and dogs loved playing in the mini beach. The cave hot tub unique but we were not able to use it. The peoperty itself is gorgeous. I would love to come back.

Nicole was responsive and friendly and the place was perfect for us. It is a short walk to downtown, which was fine for our group, and we loved the quiet neighborhood and easy parking. We stayed in two other airbnbs in downtown Frederick this spring as part of a series of work trips. While the others were nice for the convenience of being right in downtown, this was a more spacious and quiet space that worked out better for us and will be our first choice when we come back.

The house was perfect for our family Middleburg weekend stay. It was clean, cozy, well stocked, and centrally located. The tavern across the street was so convenient and added a local feel. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

This was a great stay for my wife, dog, and I. Jacqueline was an excellent communicator and answered the couple questions we had instantly. The place is very cozy and welcoming. The views didn’t prevent the unfortunately rainy weather from ruining a perfect weekend! Would definitely come back!

It was a wonderful stay the kids loved looking at the water and playing outside.

We had 10 in our group and we had space for all of us to sleep comfortably. The place was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed building fires and using the outdoor grill for easy dinners. My family can get a little wild and crazy and we enjoyed our neighbors were not right next door

SUCH a cute place! Super clean inside and out! The hot tub was perfect and ready to go when I got there. It's also an easy commute to Winchester and farmers markets. Perfect for a girls night or a couples get away.

Daniel’s place was absolutely outstanding! The description and photos were spot-on, and the house itself was impeccably clean. It was such a treat to have a peaceful backyard and a driveway—rare finds in the DC area! The single-level, open floor plan made it easy for our family to relax, share meals, and enjoy games together over the holiday weekend. It’s a very cute house, we really enjoyed our stay. We had no cell service but there is WiFi so it all worked out great! It’s the woods so there are some bugs inside but nothing too bad. It’s a great place, easy to get to as well. I’d definitely stay here again!

Wonderful host and accommodations. Picturesque well appointed and great comfortable beds. We felt right at home and had great workspaces as well. Host was extremely helpful and responsive and gave us great restaurant recommendations. We would love to return.

Everything about this stay was amazing! Beautiful property, super clean, really comfortable beds and furniture, and wow; the kitchen! Very quiet and walkable neighborhood, yet so close to everything (Metro, One Loudon, and so many great areas to visit). Hosts were absolutely wonderful. We’d love to come back.

After spending our day(s) sight-seeing in the Winchester area; Cozy Cottage was the perfect retreat to come back to and relax. We had a minor issue (which may have been User Error) and Matt & Sarah responded quickly and even came to the cottage to remedy the issue. We would definitely rent this cottage again.

We needed to rent a house near our daughter's wedding venue for 4 adults and 3 teenagers. This home suited our needs perfectly. Spacious, immaculate, with enough bedrooms and bathrooms. The mattresses and pillows were so comfortable! I mentioned the clean floors previously because we had to iron full-length gowns for the wedding. The teenagers had a blast with the ping-pong table, pinball machine, games and zip-line. In addition, there were thoughtful touches such as coffees, teas, cream and chocolate. Also an "on your honor" snack bar and drinks (which the teens loved). We all wished that we would have had time to extend our stay just to enjoy all the amenities this house has to offer! John and Leslie were friendly, very responsive hosts and also notified us immediately when we left an item behind. We could not recommend this house more!!
