We lived in an apt that we exactly saw in the picture. Great location where is walkable to Marina, media city, convenient store, metro and tram stations. Salim is my host and he is friendly and responsive. Very appreciative of the hosting!

Wirklich ein sehr schönes Studio, in einer sicheren Anlage und mit allen Komfort den man braucht. Für die in alle Himmelsrichtungen verteilten Sehenswürdigkeiten liegt die Anlage sehr zentral. Nach anstrengenden Tagen haben wir den Pool nicht mehr genutzt, aber dafür sehr gut geschlafen. Maya war jederzeit gut erreichbar und hat auf unsere Fragen immer schnell reagiert. Wir können nur eine Empfehlung abgeben und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Absolutely loved our stay! The location is amazing with just a short walk to the beach, surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The apartment was spotless, modern, and exactly as described. We especially appreciated the cozy furnishings, the space, and the accessibility to the beach. Our host was really responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay to fix things if something needed attention to. Whether you’re in Dubai for a short visit or a longer stay, this place is a gem. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

The apartment and the building are great. The location is very convenient as well. At the beginning it was not clean enough to my opinion, but the day after he send someone to clean it, so everything was to my satisfaction. Thank you!

Excellent value for money. Packed with all essentials. Lovely comfortable beds. Sofas were huge enough for 3 people to sleep on. Great communication with Mohammed. Allocated parking space was a great plus. Supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. Felt right at home

Our stay at this apartment on the Palm was amazing! The location was perfect, quiet, peaceful, and just steps away from a beautiful private beach and a lovely pool area. The apartment itself was exactly as expected: clean, modern, and very comfortable for our stay. It’s worth noting that you’ll need a car or taxi to get around, as it can take around 10 minutes just to drive off the Palm itself, but for us it was well worth it for the calm, beachfront setting. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway while still being close to everything Dubai has to offer!

Our stay at Sili & Frank’s apartment has definitely exceeded our expectations! From the smoothness of check-in, to the view from our balcony, to the infinity pool on the 64th floor, to the comfort of the bed, to the many amenities offered by this property! Skyline Security ist das beste Apartment, das ich je über Airbnb gebucht habe! Das absolute Highlight ist der atemberaubende Ausblick auf den Burj Khalifa. Es ist einfach unglaublich – man fühlt sich mitten im Leben von Downtown Dubai. Auch die anderen Gäste sind alle sehr gehoben, was die Atmosphäre noch angenehmer macht. Das Schwimmbad war sauber und gepflegt. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und hatten einen reservierten Tiefgaragenstellplatz – sehr praktisch! Der Service war herausragend – das Team hat sich rund um die Uhr um uns gekümmert. Etwas Baulärm auf dem Balkon gab es, aber das ist völlig normal, da in Downtown Dubai überall noch gebaut wird. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung – wir kommen definitiv wieder!
