Devin was such a great communicator..before..during and after the the stay! check-in was exactly by the book! unfortunately mother was not on our side during our trip so we didn't get to enjoy the pool and hot tub which was the reason we booked..but it was still a really cozy evening to celebrate our anniversary!

Just a stopover for us, but we found it fine for our needs. Very secure building, nice and quiet, Devion was gracious and helpful, it had the basics. Nice brewery restaurant a couple of blocks away and a small taproom right in the building itself.

The apartment is located within walking distance of 4th Street Live and many restaurants. It is spacious and comfortable. Tyler sent very detailed instructions on every aspect of our stay. I plan to stay here again on our next visit to Louisville.

Everything was great. The only comment is that the description and everything on listing says it's a King size bed. it for sure is only a queen. You can even tell by the pictures that it is only a queen, so my suspicions were right. Luckily, it was just me and my husband but when we travel with our toddler she sleeps in the middle of us and queen bed would not have worked for us.

Great stay at Bethany’s place, and fantastic location that is close to the action but also very quiet. We loved Bethany’s apartment and would absolutely stay here again if and when we come back to Louisville. Bethany was very easy to communicate with and also has lots of great restaurant recommendations in the area, which was super helpful.

Jaclyn’s place is STUNNINGLY beautiful — definitely the prettiest Airbnb we’ve stayed in. The art and furniture are so thoughtfully curated that it felt like we were staying in a Pinterest board. And yet, everything was also really comfortable. The bed is SO COMFY and the blackout curtains make sleeping in very easy. Tons to do in the neighborhood as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing host, very clear instructions on getting inside and overall a great, safe, and clean environment.

Good Place to stay.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a second bedroom in Katie's cozy cottage. It is PERFECT for a couple, but became awesome for a 3rd adult when the office was converted to a second bedroom. A couch was unfolded into a second bed and the 3 of us had a great stay. Katie's view of the lake from her backyard balcony is spectacular...the trees are starting to regain their leaves - once they are in full bloom the view will be second to none. Nightly catfish jumps at 5:30 and numerous Blue Herron sightings were a reminder that we were far from the fast world of the city. The amenities were plenty, we even had access to a printer, something we haven't experienced before. Our Grandkids, the Kroger, Bulleit Burbon and numerous restaurants were just 15 minutes away - while Churchill Downs, Louisville Slugger, and all of the other downtown distilleries are just 45 minutes away. Great couples stay - Great host!

Loved our stay! Huge house with 8 bedrooms - plenty of room for our whole crew. The game room kept us entertained for hours, and we had a blast watching movies in the home theater. Kitchen had everything we needed. Only 30 mins from Louisville airport and downtown, which was super convenient. David (the host) was awesome - always got back to us right away when we had questions. Perfect spot if you're looking to hang with family and friends!

This a beautiful place! There's horses, trails, the sunset is absolutely amazing and all the stars. Cindy was very nice and responsive. Plus everything is within 10 minutes if you need to buy anything. This is a great getaway!

Great stay! Elizabeth sent great instructions & was super responsive. The place was beautiful and really well decorated. We absolutely loved the historic touches. It was perfect for a group of us to stay for Easter, will definitely be staying again in the future!

Gorgeous country estate with lots to do inside and out. Tons of space for large groups as well as entertaining. loved the design and furnishings as well as the beautiful surroundings. The house was very well appointed with cooking utensils and everything one would need

We traveled to Frankfort to celebrate my husband’s retirement on a recommendation from some fellow employees that lived in the area. I started my search and found the perfect place. It felt like home my home, I knew it would be big enough to accommodate my family and friends . It was the week after the flood and I was very concerned that we couldn’t go to BT and Brittany was very accommodating, reassured us that it would be okay but would assist in a refund if we wanted to go that route. She was right, we found plenty of things to do and see! We came in to find my daughter and husband already in the hot tub and we found the house super clean , nicely equipped and the “ extra touches” to welcome us of snacks and the fully stocked coffee bar! Beautiful home! Very spacious and had everything you would need. It was a little hard to find where to park but if you put Southern States in the gps it is easier to find the driveway in the back. The house is absolutely stunning and very well stocked. Great location if we ever come back I would love to stay here again. Everyone was in love with this house!

100 Proof Hideaway was perfect for our groups extended weekend trip! Large enough for our whole group and in a perfect central location for all the distilleries we visited!

If you are coming to Louisville and want to focus on The Highlands this property is a perfect spot. Laura's townhouse is located in the heart of the action and is surrounded by several walkable bars and restaurants. Word to the wise: some might not be used to the habit that Louisville folk have, they like to stay out late and if that doesn't bother you then this is your place. Regarding the townhouse, it is clear that Laura sweats the details. It is extremely clean and well appointed. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are wonderful and the kitchen is perfect. The large screen TV in the front room was great! What particularly impressed me was how friendly and helpful Laura is, she really cares and that makes a big difference. I strongly recommend this rental for those who want to experience a true Highland experience as it delivers!

Lovely apartment, clean and comfortable. The bed and the linens were so over the top luxurious, we slept so well. Great location.

Would absolutely stay here again! Marshall was very responsive and the place was somehow even better than the pictures! Super clean space and super peaceful.

Close to 4th St Live and Whiskey Row, we walked everywhere easily. We would highly recommend this place to others and would book again. The parking pass at the arena garage was an added bonus.

Great location if you want to walk to bars and restaurants in Louisville. Very comfy loft with lots of space, & plenty of room to relax and visit. Parking was very convenient. David responds very quickly if you have questions.
