We were gathered from around the country for my Mother s Memorial. It was such a pleasure to stay in such a peaceful environment, as emotions were high. It was healing. Beautiful home, and all directions were clear. If it had been a little later in the Spring and the weather warmer, it would have been even better. I highly encourage anyone to stay and enjoy what the area has to offer in Gregory's beautiful home. You will have a wonderful vacation!

The photos don't do it justice—this charming place is even more spacious than it looks online. The vintage decor added a cozy touch that made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!

Eddie’s place was one of the best homes we’ve stayed in via Airbnb. He was tremendously accommodating and responsive. The home was very clean and accommodated our family well. We’ll definitely book here again when we return to LI!

I enjoyed every minute of my quick escape to Montauk! Check in and out was simple and convenient. The room was clean, private, and peaceful. Plus location has a beautiful view and is within steps to the beach.

Amazing, quaint beach house just seconds from the water. Hosts were great, answered any questions I had immediately. We are from town and stayed while work was being done at our home but will definitely be recommending this property to friends and family who come to visit.

Perfect little backyard for our pups, great sunrise from the porch overlooking the water from across the street. Was exactly what we needed for a little weekend getaway.

The option wasn’t there but the photos don’t truly show how amazing the views are. Better than photos! Though our stay here was short and sweet we would highly recommend to family and friends. Each room has a beautiful view of the water giving way to a peaceful and serene stay. We loved that the kitchen and eating space was open to the living space. The tv’s were great and easy to log in and stream the Masters. The decor and styling was cohesive, stylish, and comfortable. Katherine was a great communicator and was very responsive when we had to sadly cut our trip short. Book this place!

A brief stay but a great stay. It was offseason but we got lucky with sunny October weather. The stay was less than a 5 minute drive from the main village with tons of shops, cafes, etc.. the room itself had a beautiful ocean view and was very clean and comfy. Nice shower, comfy beds, plenty of linens and towels provided. Parking included. Overall a very nice stay.

Andrew was a responsive communicator and we had a lovely stay at this very charming, clean, simple apartment. Bathroom is upstairs and laundry is downstairs just fyi if mobility is an issue. We loved that you could walk out the door and into the water immediately. Beautiful weather and views when we visited in April.

We had a fabulous stay at Spencer and Maddie's! Their house is lovely and perfect for a cozy family getaway. We especially loved the kitchen - stocked with all the necessary appliances, the fireplace and a welcoming family room. The house is tucked away in a quiet area, steps away from the beach and a short drive / jogging distance away from Greenport and its lovely cafes, nearby wineries and the beauty of North Fork. We appreciate how friendly, welcoming and responsive Spencer and Maddie were and look forward to coming back!

If we don't give a good review, can we keep this to ourselves?! Patti was a perfect host; the views were fantastic, whether from the outdoor porch or inside through the French doors looking out on the water. Access to the small beach and pool were excellent and we were close to several good restaurants (many of which Patti suggested, including some on the water) for take-out during the pandemic. Wifi was great and everything was very clean and as advertised. We generally fly for vacations and long weekends but had to stay closer to home this year and this was a perfect choice.

We had such a great time staying at this Milford house! It was even better in person than the pictures show, more spacious than expected. The balconies overlooking the water were great to wake up to, and the small touches that the host added (towels set up and stacked in each bedroom, full coffee bar) made everything that much better! Allana was incredibly kind and responsive, being proactive about check in and check out and making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be repeat stayers at this house!

My stay at Julie’s was wonderful, I was always able to message and get a quick response she was very accommodating. The view was beautiful and felt comfy like home. I will definitely be returning in the summer once it’s warmer !

The place was perfect nice and clean what I like the best is the it was close to the beach to go for a walk.

My stay here was a perfect respite away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Tucked away in the dunes, very short walk to access the beach, quick ride into downtown Montauk, and private. Very beautiful place and I will definitely be back. Thank you again!

Had a great stay over Christmas Holiday with family. House was big, convenient, clean and easy to get into. Great view of the ocean. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Steve and Dorry’s place! The living room and kitchen is surprisingly spacious and feels so open & inviting because of the outdoor deck space and view of water. We hope to be back again!

Our visit was utilitarian. We needed accommodations for us, our grown children and grandchildren and a dog. But the site of the cottage, its charm, its comfort made us wish we were staying another week. James' thoughtfulness went beyond any other Airbnb hosts' that we've experienced. Everything we might need if we were staying 10 days was there, clean, labeled. Thank you, James.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Eileen's beautiful waterfront home. The view from the living room and primary bedroom of the water was so peaceful. The kitchen was well appointed and the cozy living room made for a wonderful family gathering spot when we weren't dining out at the fabulous nearby restaurants, visiting wineries, or viewing local scenery. Eileen was incredibly responsive to small questions we had. We would definitely book again!!

We had an amazing stay - the house is spotless clean and very well organized, the kids loved discovering the hidden nook in their bedroom. The kitchen was fully equipped and we enjoyed a wonderful lunch on the deck. It was also lot’s of fun to use the canoes with the kids. Finally, the decoration of the house was lovely and made our stay very agréable. Thank you Carrie!

The house was perfect. Great location, decor and had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the tranquility and watched the beautiful sunrise with the birds. We went to Fire Island each day and were there in minutes. Truly an amazing experience.
