An extremely welcoming place that had many things to do and accommodating our autistic children very well! It was a shame we didn't get the chance to make s'mores! We would love to come back to this place sometime since it is so peaceful and homey! We watched older movies that we forgot about! Thanks for the DVDs!

It was exactly as Steve described. Every bit of info Steve shared with us was accurate. My son (9) and I took a 2 day trip to catch as many fish as possible. This private deep pond provided fun fishing for my son and I. We caught sun fish, blue gill, large mouth bass, small mouth bass, and a big catfish…that we learned is about 12 years old. Within about 40 minutes there are multiple locations that offer stocked and native trout. We hiked along the stream and enjoyed the panoramic scenic views. It had everything we needed. In all honesty, my wife usually does the prep so when I arrived and realized I had not brought coffee or a pot to cook in, I was pleased to find those items and more. Clean and comfy. It was a nice getaway. Not to promote my social media, but if you want to see videos of the pond and fishing, feel free to check it out on my page. Gerry’s place is just what I needed to disconnect. Close to some good hiking and outdoor activities. The place itself has everything you need for a short peaceful stay. Gerry himself was very welcoming and hospitable. I loved this place. I will definitely favorite to go back sometime.

Very beautiful Airbnb !!! Private and very quiet neighborhood , everything we needed was in the unit down to the Keurig pods , extra perk for the rice cooker and Instapot. The bed was spacious and very comfortable It was like being in our own oasis Lots of memorable moments and will always cherish our time there Check out as a breeze and will definitely come back again if we need another get away

We were pleasantly surprised with the proximity of the Airbnb to our destinations. It was warm, inviting, and cutely decorated with an authentic cabin-feel right outside of DC. I wish we could have stayed longer. We would love to come back.

My partner, pup, and I had a lovely and cozy stay!! Lots of thoughtful touches, cool artwork, and supplies. We enjoyed using the fire pit right by the creek, our dog was obsessed with the sun room, and we loved exploring the sculpture garden!

This place was our best choice even before we realized there would be a freshly-prepared, multi-course gourmet breakfast. House is as advertised, clean, and well-located. Scott and Lisa are friendly, responsive, and fantastic cooks. Enjoy!

What a treat to stay in the Carriage House of such a historic and pretty home during our weekend in D.C.! Located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood blocks away from the U.S. Capitol, there's plenty to see, do, and eat, all while feeling like a local. There was plenty of room in the unique space for our family of 3 and the available parking spot and back patio/garden were fantastic bonuses to have. We used the trifecta of walking, driving, and taking the Metro to easily get everywhere we wanted to go throughout the weekend. We loved learning about the history of the home and the neighborhood and would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Everything was top notch, pictures don't do the location justice. The ambiance is peaceful quiet fresh air beautiful views, the house is as listed and more, You get what you paid for. Leena is an amazing person very responsive and very hospitable. Don't think twice just book you will not be disappointed.

We only stayed for 1 night but would definitely have enjoyed more. Pretty much everything you needed was provided. The cabin was clean and cozy ! The bathroom was spacious and well stocked. Bed was comfy and big enough for our daughter to sleep with us. Surrounding area was simple and pretty farmland. We loved meeting Shea !

Scott’s place was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Having a place to stay outside of the busy city was perfect. My partner and I loved having an Airbnb versus a hotel room. We had a hotel room for our last trip to Charlottesville and it felt so cramped and stuffy. Scott’s home was very well set up and laid out. The beautiful farm animals and cute fluffy dogs were a HUGE plus!

Well been in the area for almost 6 weeks and stayed at 2 of Judea"s properties. Both fantastic and Judea is very friendly and responsive. Best experience I've had staying in the area!!

It was a super nice little spot, as expected, very pretty and peaceful and got to introduce my dog to some wildlife. Laurel was great when roads were bad she even sent some groceries. Would definitely recommend or stay again.

I stayed in Chris’ Treehouse just over two weeks. It’s a beautiful carriage apartment and looked just like the pictures. For me, the distance from places was fine and he was super responsive to anything I needed the whole time. I’d would definitely stay there again. Was able to get plenty of food and grocery deliveries there with ease. Book this place!!!

Love this location. Directly across the street from a beautiful park. Great neighborhood to walk and explore. Convenient to public transportation.

I enjoyed my stay at the beautiful carriage house in the Shaw neighborhood. It was a perfect spot to work from during the day — Wi-Fi was strong and there’s a cute little office nook. And it’s close to transit for exploring DC!Chris was a welcoming and friendly host, very responsive. A few things to note: the kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, fridge, and microwave. However it’s not outfitted for cooking full meals. There’s also construction happening directly outside — in my experience, from the hours of ~8am-5pm, inclusive of Saturday. Overall, a wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Beautiful neighborhood and surroundings. Quiet, private and easy access/walkable to places to eat and shop. The apartment had everything we needed! So well done, made great use of the space. Sleeping was quiet and comfortable. Can't say enough!! Would definitely stay here again. Easy access to DC! Host was very quick with response. Absolutely loved our stay at Mona's guest house in Arlington! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The guest house itself was spotless, comfortable and cozy. We recently booked Namastays’ place when a family member became very ill and was in the hospital. The hosts were super accommodating of our needs around seeing to the care of our hospitalized family member and their place offered a comfortable and relaxing retreat after long days spent at the hospital. It was such a blessing to have someplace like Namastays’ for us to work from. It allowed us the space to focus on what we needed to do for our family without having to worry. Super grateful the experience we had here, highly recommend these hosts and their place.

Our stay was truly home away from home - we felt safe and comfortable. We spent most of our trip in DC -an easy 15 min walk to the Metro. We would gladly stay here again.

The host Linda was awesome. The house was clean and had good kitchen utensils for preparing breakfast and dinner meals. The location was great with a picturesque view of a tree lined field. One thing that really set this place apart from other Airbnb's that I have stayed is that Linda provided us with SOFT, QUALITY toilet paper. I know that's weird to mention, but it's a small detail that a lot of other Airbnb's 'skimp' on. Would highly recommend staying here, and we will be returning sometime in the future.
