Annex has one bedroom, downstairs is the dine-in fully equipped kitchen and downstairs toilet, first floor has the lounge and third floor has the bedroom and bathroom with bath & shower. The annex is in Selby close to A1 and M62. Thirteeen miles from York. Good train links from London, York and across the Pennines. Good bus to York and Designer Outlet park and ride. This 19C Farm labourers cottage is now a stylishly furnished and comfortable home, perfect for couples and a pet. Downstairs is a comfortable sofa and arm chair for lounging in front of the TV and fire. There is a well equipped galley kitchen. Upstairs is the bathroom with shower over bath. Also the bedroom which has a Kingsize) 5ft wide) bed with feather duvet and pillows and crisp White Company sheets. One dog is welcome ( fee applies) with own bed and must not go on furniture or upstairs.
