This quiet, secluded area is the ideal location for any visit, whether in town for business or pleasure. It is just a short drive from iconic LA neighborhoods including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Burbank, Universal City, and Downtown. This cozy and quaint neighborhood is endlessly charming, and requires a mutual sense of respect among its inhabitants. Please do not play loud music into the night, especially after 10PM. While no smoking is allowed inside the unit, feel free to do so on the patio with use of the provided ashtray. The studio space is available for a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 4 weeks. Every stay will be subject to a mandatory, one-time cleaning fee of $50.

This guest house was built in 2022, includes new appliances, heat/AC, is centrally located near major freeways (101, 405, 134, 170), and just a few blocks away from iconic Ventura Blvd (shopping and restaurants!), a short drive to Hollywood Hills, Hollywood, West Hollywood, and Universal Studios. Pets welcome (enclosed patio)! EV charging available for fee.
