It’s a very pleasant stay and I particularly liked the backyard.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy getaway! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could’ve asked for—everything was thoughtfully arranged to make us feel right at home. June was a fantastic host—her communication was clear, prompt, and friendly, making the whole experience seamless from start to finish. After long days of furniture shopping, it was the perfect spot to come back to and relax. You can really tell June puts care into creating a welcoming space. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped place with a great host!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sebastian House! The home was immaculately clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. William was also incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend their place to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay in Statesville, NC

Jenny's place was just right for our 5 week stay. It was comfy and spacious. The location was close to grocery and other shopping and also a wide variety of dining places. It was also close enough to the Greenway trail (with a bit of street biking) and we biked all the way to the S.C. border. Jenny also sprinkled a few special touches around, such as a case of bottled water and a bottle of wine in the kitchen and a bag of new toiletries on each bed. My husband and I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

Edwin was very responsive and friendly. The place was very clean and was a nice area. I would recommend to anyone staying in the area. It was quiet and the back porch was nice for some sunlight!

We loved our stay at the Bear Den! Nathan and Ali were great hosts. The house was perfect for our family. The inside of the house is very spacious and beautiful! The backyard was definitely our favorite part, so much room for the kids to run around and the fire pit was such a perk! We can’t wait to come back!!!

I loved staying at this location. I think this will be where I will stay everytime I come to Charlotte!!! We loved the balcony and the bedroom decore was beautiful

We enjoyed this little slice of heaven. I initially chose this because of the dog fence (very hard to find) and great price…little did I know I was in for a 5 star resort! It is nestled in a 3 acre private lot. It was so relaxing listening to nature—my kids especially loved the peacocks. There is a full on playground that is the size you’d find in a park you will have all to yourselves. The owners have thought of EVERYTHING. It really is the little things that make it special—all the extra coffee pods and creamers—the plethora of pool floats for the kids. The pool and gym we used a lot! The rooftop deck was perfect to have a picnic dinner. We ran into the homeowners a couple times in the driveway (they live in a house beside the apt.) and they are some of the nicest, most genuine people. We begged to see their dogs-one is a Great Dane the size of a horse we fell in love with. They are EVERYTHING you could ask for in a host. You will truly feel like you’re with family. We hope return!

This house was awesome! My Fiancé and I rented this to gather family for Easter 2025. Linda gave us permission to have family who were semi local to visit for our Easter dinner which was so special to us! My guests staying with us were impressed with how relaxing the back area was with the pool and the sunroom. We had multiple adults, our niece (6mo) and several of our 4 legged nieces / nephews and there was plenty of space for us all. We are so grateful for Linda and her generosity! The day of check out one of our guests had rental car issues that took several hours to correct. Linda was gracious enough to extend our check out to allow time for them to fix the car issues and then get back to the house to pack up. We will definitely be coming back!

Alex's home was absolutely perfect! It's located in a beautiful neighborhood with adorable homes and sidewalks. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The home is even prettier in person, and sooo spacious. Alex is extremely attentive, and a genuinely amazing host. I recommend this gorgeous home to everyone and we look forward to staying here again!

My friends and I rented John’s place for a long weekend to celebrate my 60th birthday. The home far exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully appointed both inside and out. John was very accommodating both with an early check-in and a later checkout. Since we had late flights outs on Sunday, we were especially appreciative of this! John quickly responded to our inquiries prior to check-in as well as requests during our stay. This was everyones first trip to Lake Norman and after the weekend we’re certain it will not be our last. Thanks John for sharing your beautiful home!

This place was a fantastic stay. It's hard to find a place to rent that is pet friendly and not torn to bits. Kristen's home was not perfect (neither is my own) but it was exactly what we needed for our Thanksgiving stay with two dogs. My family and I were more than grateful to he able to spend the holiday weekend here.

Great house, great location, great experience. Just like the pictures showed and the listing described. Pristine on the inside and beautiful views in the outside! Can’t wait to go back!

The airbnb was fantastic. Everything was well thought out and perfect. The photos do not do the home justice for how nice it was inside. The kitchen had anything you could need to cook, the living was homily and the game rooms exciting. The grill and fire pit worked perfectly. The hot tub was a highlight for sure. The hosts were great and helped us whenever we needed help, but we rarely did do to their clear instructions. I would 100% book again and we had a great time!!!

The home was great! Eclectic and a pleasant weekend getaway for me and my family of 8. We enjoyed the porch view of the lake, beautiful kitchen, many smart appliances/devices (bathroom mirrors, sinks, etc), far enough from the city, and near the white water rafting establishment. Mike will respond to your every beck and call! Any of our questions or concerns were quickly answered or resolved. Mahalo for allowing us to enjoy your home!

An absolutely lovely place!!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was perfect for our needs, clean and decorated very nice! Loved visiting the farm animals on the property! The hosts Grayllie and Michael were very responsive. We plan to stay again!

My wife and I stayed in the home from 9/14/24 - 10/15/24. We had a wonderful time. I am a fan of NASCAR and we were using this home as a home base to go races and shops in the area. The location was perfect for our needs. It is right on the lake with beautiful views. We were able to relax and enjoy the home like it was our own. We will definitively stay in this home again.
