A quick easy walk to the village shop, post office and Rattlebone Pub make this an ideal location to stay. A secure garden and field next to the house which you and your dog can walk in.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

The accommodation has a bedroom equipped with two single beds, (can make a double) with ensuite bathroom, double sofa bed in the living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The Cottage is set in the lovely village of Didmarton in the heart of the Cotswolds. It is a short distance to Westonbirt Arboretum and Tetbury. Approximately 30 minutes from Bristol and Bath with close proximity to the M4. It is a 5 minutes walk to the local village public house. The property was originally a tied cottage for Badminton Estate workers and was built circa 1770.
