Lerwick is the capital of Shetland and our property is located on the outer edge of town, in the prestigious development at Quoys Road. Our superbly finished property, which is of the highest quality, is perfect for business trips, short-breaks and holidaying with family or friends. Boasting 2 large reception rooms, this is the perfect space to suit everyone's needs. Our property enjoys unrestricted views and boasts a spectacular panoramic view of Lerwick. Sitting closer to Norway than the Scottish mainland, Shetland has many Scandinavian influences. We are fortunate to live on an island where we enjoy a large variety of wildlife combined with breath taking scenery and stunning islands. Shetland is renowned for its iconic fair isle knitting and rich fishing industries and hosts many festivals including Up Helly Aa and the Folk Festival. There are many arts and crafts opportunities, museums and musical events for you to enjoy. Beachfront retreat amazing view quiet cosy central

Bain’s Beach cosy central retreat overlooks the harbour and natural urban beach in the historical and picturesque ‘sooth end’ of the quiet, quaint area of old Lerwick. Perfect for wild swimming with amazing sea-views of sea-going vessels, wildlife, seabirds, seals and occasional orcas! Close to high street shops, eateries, cinema, museum and coastal walks. Ideal retreat for annual Lerwick Up Helly Aa, Shetland Folk Festival, Shetland Wool Week and many local cultural, nature and music events.

South Lodberrie

Lodberries: (Old Norse, hladberg, a landing rock) were used as waterfront stores. A short walk from the town centre and harbour. Historic setting & unique layout, built into the sea. Main rooms look directly over the water & rocky beach, directly opp the house famed as the home of DI Jimmy Perez in "Shetland". Ground Floor: Kitchen with open plan dining area + main bedroom with ensuite shower room/toilet Upper Floor: Large lounge with balcony overlooking harbour area, 2nd bedroom & bathroom

Flat 2 Kiwi House

This modern cosy one bedroom flat is set in the heart of Lerwick within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the town centre. A completely renovated flat with all modern facilities. Great for couples, business travellers and tourists. The property has a spacious living room with smart 65” TV and WIFI. The kitchen is well equipped with all mod cons. There is a double bed in the bedroom with SIMBA mattress. There is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer available for guest to use.

East-Gate Selfcatering

East-Gate was built new in 2018 the property is located in central Shetland and beautifully finished. Outside the patio door takes you onto a decked area which you can sit out on for your morning cuppa or evening glass of wine or to simply take in the scenery . It has the latest air to air heating and air con. We are very lucky to have a hot spot for otter sighting on our door step just a short walk down the field. The sea views and coastal walks makes this an ideal tranquil location.

Traditional crofter's cottage in peaceful Unst

A traditional Shetland Crofter's cottage in Baliasta, Unst, Shetland. Close by to the Loch of Cliff, near to the local shops and leisure centre. We absolutely love our little spot and enjoy opening it up to our many well-travelled guests. The cottage is very cosy, has a wood burning stove, and a good-sized garden. Please be aware though, that it is a very old house and as such has some rustic quirks. While we are happy to accommodate children please be aware all beds are doubles.

Mavine Cottage, Lerwick, Shetland

A cosy stone built cottage, circa 1800, in a superb location on the outskirts of Lerwick. Gorgeous sea view, with the Sands of Sound beach just down the road and great access to coastal walks. Easy walking distance to Tesco and the Clickimin Leisure Complex, with Lerwick town centre only 1.25 miles away. There's a well equipped kitchen with a pully for drying clothes and also a good size living room. Mavine Cottage is a great base from which to explore all Shetland has to offer.

Just on the outskirts of Brae, within walking distance to the local supermarket, pubs, restaurants, fish and chip and Chinese takeaways. Garage, hairdressers, beauty salon, swimming pool and leisure centre close by. Plus the No. 23 Bus to Lerwick/Toft runs right past the door. Our outdoor seating area is perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset after an exhilarating day hiking and sightseeing.

Located in Hamnavoe on Shetlands 'West Side' a 15 minute drive from Lerwick with bus service available. There is a local shop & marina 1 minute walk away including 'Shetland Sea Adventures' who offer boat charters & day trips to the island of Foula. Meal Beach is a very scenic 10 minute walk away.
