The Waddle is a traditional Shetland croft house, refurbished to offer a homely and comfortable stay for guests. Situated in a peaceful, quiet, remote location just over a mile from the nearby village of Walls, tucked in under the hill overlooking a sea-loch, it's a perfect place to enjoy Shetlands wildlife, scenery, peace and freedom. The Waddle is situated on an active croft. We have approximately 250 sheep with lambing in the spring, silage baling in the summer and feeding in the winter.

In the centre of the village is an attractive marina. The nearest pub in Brae is 10 miles away and it’s just 22 miles to the ferry port of Lerwick.

A cosy stone built cottage, circa 1800, in a superb location on the outskirts of Lerwick. Gorgeous sea view, with the Sands of Sound beach just down the road and great access to coastal walks.
