Stay was to support someone in Ukraine during a very difficult time; hopefully was of some help.

якось в один день я, мій хлопець і собака по імені Платон вирішили вирватись з міських джунглів і відпочити в лісних джунглях, після довгого пошуку ми знайшли будиночок пана Олега. по-перше хочу подякувати за такий теплий прийом, всі вказівки, рекомендації, купу маленьких деталей і комунікацію по-друге це дійсно шок - сидиш в самому центрі осокорків, а враження ніби за містом. тепер, -ножі є, і не один, не два а штук 7 -так, дійсно душова в зоні бані, але не знаю мене навіть прикололо і так більше місця. проте зважайте це в кого є запити -і так само туалет, тому кому буде напряжно бігати по сходам (літні люди, діти..) то треба це враховувати -так, десь трішки не криштальна чистота, але в основному це на вулиці. а це вулиця, ало) але ж -басейн! класний, чистенький, просторий -генератор! це зараз маст хев -велика ділянка з лежаками, гамаками -і взагалі дуже приємна атмосфера для того, щоб нічого не робити приємний бонус: собака приймала сонячні ванни 24/7 тому я супер рекомендую

Good and peaceful place. Parking and all the facilities are available. Some of the things should be fixed, such as entrance door, fridge door. Overall, great place for a big company

сказочное место, дружелюбные хозяева и красивый вид на озеро. бассейн хороший 👍 место для шашлыка отличное, плюс беседка уютно, и балкон красивый. чистый домик и большая спальня

Відпочиваємо в помешканні Яни вже 3й раз. Завжди хочеться повертатися для відпочинку. Хороша локація для усамітнення, в будинку всього вистачає. Господарі йдуть на зустріч щодо часу заселення і виселення. Було приємно провести час у вас. Дякуємо!

Самое главное хозяева очень отзывчивые и приятные люди, была рада там пожить и в дальнейшем буду выбирать этот вариант

The apartment itself is fantastic. Taras was the one that checked me in, and Alyona was the one who took care of any additional requests and fixes throughout the apartment. The apartment is very homely and nice. It has everything you need for a short AND long-term stay. If you work on the internet, the connection is fast as well. The entrance to the building and lobby/elevator area definitely need renovations (it is from the soviet era), but otherwise, once you enter the actual apartment, it is really great. Also, the location is absolutely central, with a busy shopping mall right next door, along with restaurants and bars that are open very very late. Finally, one side of the apartment faces a busy street, which my roommate found a bit noisy, while the other side of the apartment faces a very quiet and peaceful side. Overall, I enjoyed staying here for a month. Thank you Taras and Alyona

Je ne suis pas allée au logement de Vlad, j'ai loué l'appartement pour aider l'armée Ukrainienne. Mais j'espère que je pourrai y aller pour visiter ce magnifique pays. Bon courage à vous.

Dennys was very friendly and the apartment was very cozy and warm place and amazing design Everything was perfect

Good place to stay, comfortable sofa to sleep on, as described and pictured. Excellent communication, very friendly and honest. 4th floor walk up. Bus stop, park, flower shop, little store, restaurant are all a few feet away. Wifi worked for the first 4 days, but then stopped. Free wifi is at McDonalds 2km away. It was not the owner's fault, she kept calling internet company daily for weeks. I'm so grateful for Ukraine's efficient air defense systems, thank God lives were saved when Russia sent airstrikes during my stay and only empty buildings were damaged by destroyed bomb remnants. Bring bug spray. Just an fyi, if you're a foreigner traveling by train into Ukraine, get a return ticket abroad, as you need a certain Ukrainian account to purchase a ticket out of Ukraine.

Чудова і прекрасна садиба! Дуже затишно, чисті і комфортні номери, прекрасний сад. Усім гостям дуже сподобалося провести час у цьому готельчику.
