Fantastic location with plenty of amenities. The host was responsive to our contact and extremely helpful with local recommendations. The apartment was clean and tidy, and the elevator was a bonus as this doesn't seem common in Japan. They allowed us to leave our lugguge after check out while we explored Kyoto before departing the city. Overall this was a A+ experience and I would happily return.

Excellent location and very easy to get to places. Like many places in Japan, spaces are smaller, however we really loved the deep wardrobe/ cupboard. We were able to hang clothes, stack all our bags on a shelf and roll our suitcases straight in. Host was very helpful and gave us great information on current events. Would recommend.

Nous somme une famille de 5 personnes dont 3 enfants et avons séjourné 5 jours à Kyoto. le logement est très spacieux et confortable. Si nous devions revenir à Kyoto je reprendrais ce prestataire. un grand merci.

Great location! It's easy to walk to many temples as well as Nishiki Market. Nice apartment. The kitchen is really basic, though, just one burner. The only food provisions provided are coffee and tea packets. It was pretty quiet. We used the washer/dryer (laundry soap provided). The clothes come out cold and a bit damp, so we hung them up various places in the bathroom. The beds are comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great location and very comfortable! The host was very responsive and helpful, showed us the room and amenities and made us feel at home. Very easy and short walks to stations, shops and attractions. I’ll be staying again when I visit Kyoto!

Great location and airbnb was clean and appeared as advertised. Plenty of space for 5 people. Hosts were extremely responsive and flexible.

This is such a perfect and cool place in Kyoto for a family of four. Great location for sightseeing and shopping. The windows have amazing views of the city and make for great people watching. The beds and futons are comfy. The 2 bathrooms are so convenient. The dryer dries well which is rare in Japan. The host responds quickly. We also enjoyed the Starbucks right downstairs and the hip rooftop bar above. Things to consider: It’s one big open space so you won’t get much privacy. And there’s only one large sink by the kitchen for both bathroom and kitchen use, which may be a bit awkward. But those were no problems for us. We LOVED our stay and would definitely stay again if we return to Kyoto.

We stayed here for four nights and found it quite comfortable. The location is very convenient and within walking distance to a lot of attractions. The neighborhood itself was cute. The host was also very communicative and responsive. Overall, it was a good stay.

Lovely small studio apartment . Simple, but with everything you need. Lots of great little local restaurants and a short walk from the central shopping area.

The cleanest apartment you could think of, great position, walking distance to anything and great restaurant right next door! Will definitely try to book again if back in Kyoto.

We got engaged in Kyoto so this beautiful lil balcony will forever be etched into my memories, where we had our celebratory sake!!! The place is so nice and clean and in SUCH a good spot!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kyoto and many attractions were within reasonable walking distances, including the kawaramachi shopping district as well as Kiyomizu-dera temple. We enjoyed being very close to the Kamo River as well. The place isn't huge but it is comfortable and cozy for 2 people.

Location was amazing and it was perfect for family of 4. Very cozy and comfortable. May was very accommodating and very helpful.
