We had a very enjoyable stay over the Easter weekend. The house was beautiful and perfect for a multigenerational family stay. The house was of an extremely high standard from the decoration, bedding, towels, welcome gift, kitchen facilities, communal areas and outdoor space. We loved the room diffusers scents so much we have ordered some too! We had a lovely Sunday roast in the Royal Pub near St Leonard’s Warrior Square Station - thank you for the recommendation. We would highly recommend a stay in this beautiful house.

Die Wohnung liegt mitten in London, in einer wunderschönen und ruhigen Straße. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, und obwohl der Weg in den 4. Stock etwas herausfordernd ist, lohnt sich der Aufstieg absolut! Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Bildern – alles ist blitzsauber und bestens ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts, und die hochwertige Einrichtung sorgt für ein echtes Wohlfühlambiente. Besonders angenehm: Im Badezimmer gibt es sogar Rituals-Produkte. Beatrix hat auf unsere Fragen immer sehr schnell und lösungsorientiert reagiert. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Diese Unterkunft ist eine 10/10 – wir kommen gerne wieder und können sie uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

We had a lovely weekend stay in Sarah and Marks beautiful property to celebrate a friends significant birthday. The house was one of the best air bnb's we have ever stayed in. Everything we could have wanted or wished for was there. The house is beautifully decorated, supremely comfortable, cosy and welcoming. It is situated in a quiet location with far reaching Sussex countryside views. We were warmly welcomed by Mark and Sarah who were around should you need anything but not intrusive. We can't thank them enough for having us to stay into their stunning home, everything was just perfect. Thank you also for the generous gifts of wine, eggs, birthday cake with candles, local jam, milk and the happy birthday banner, all of which were much appreciated. Thank you so much.

We had a lovely stay. The annex is so peaceful and surrounded by beautiful scenery. Lisa was so kind and really helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful time staying in the property. The flat is absolutely immaculate, lovely decor, lots of light, great location, two mins walk from the park. Very sad to be leaving. Maria and Sofia were amazing hosts, super friendly, responded instantly to all questions, looked after us during our stay. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Das wichtigste vorweg: wir waren mehr als zufrieden und unsere Erwartungen wurden deutlich übertroffen. Bereits im Vorfeld hatte Claires Assistentin Luisa Kontakt zu mir aufgenommen und erste Tipps gegeben, wie wir am Anreisetag zueinander kommen. Sie erwartete uns dann bereits in der Wohnung, um uns die Besonderheiten der Wohnung zu beschreiben (Heizung, Küche, Terrasse etc.) sowie ein paar Tipps zu geben, wo wir einkaufen können und wie wir schnell ins Zentrum gelangen. Diese Tipps waren Gold wert. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. An einigen Tagen gab es Flugzeuggeräusche, aber sie störten nur morgens und waren hilfreich, um den Tag nicht zu vergeuden. Im weiteren Verlauf hatten wir keinen Kontakt zu Luisa oder Claire, weil wir einfach rundum zufrieden waren. Jederzeit würden wir wieder in dieser schönen Wohnung Quartier beziehen. As a family of 6 with 4 kids (ages 2 - 11) all with different characters we loved our stay at the beach house and would definitely return. Sarah sent clear, easy to follow instructions for check in. A few stand out things that made our break excellent; the beachfront location, you literally walk out the back gate onto the dunes; the spaciousness of the house, we didnt feel on top of each other but plenty of areas to be together aswell; the cleanliness of the place was fantastic, it was also well equiped and nice little touches the kids enjoyed such as the board games. The area is also interesting and somewhere we have never explored before, we came for a more chilled few days so stayed local but still plenty to see. A couple of highlights were Dungeness nature reserve & the RSPB walks. Our youngest children enjoyed the play park which is a short walk, everyone liked the ice cream and fish & chips, shell collecting and the freedom of the beach on the doorstep.

Second time staying here and another amazing experience. Would go back again
