A stylish separate self contained barn/annexe. The Old Halfway Barn was once a livestock barn but now fully converted providing contemporary yet cosy accommodation. It is also conveniently located to explore the local English Riviera. The layout is open plan with a lounge and seating area, separate kitchen and shower room. The mezzanine holds a luxury king size bed for a relaxing night of sleep. Outside is a private patio dining area along with secure parking and sole use of the driveway.

Close at hand is the harbour, theatre, restaurants, Cockington, Babbacombe, Agatha Christie’s house, Dartmouth, Dartmoor and more!
