Stay was very comfortable and it was a seamless experience checking-in , staying abd checkout. Host was very responsive and understanding, the caretaker of the property was also very good.We felt like staying at our home only. We even got couple of hours of extension in checkout at no extra cost. Just that couple of things ( which is not in control of the owner at all) is that the society is still very new and is looks like being occupied gradually so there was lot of drilling work going on throughout the day which was bit noisy and inconvenient and secondly since its too close to airport ( hardly 400-500m) , during night constant flight landing and takeoff can create bit of disturbance, especially to elderly folks. Rest was all awesome, we are super happy with the stay !!!!

We had an amazing stay here. The place was very well described and had everything that a family would need for their stay. It showed special care from host side when they put a pack of small maggi, biscuits and filled water bottles. The electricity went out for a brief period at night which disturbed the sleep however, it turns out that there was an outage in the entire area and there is nothing that the hosts could have done. They were also very accommodating for late checkout. Overall a very nice experience and would definitely visit again.

The hosts were incredibly warm, approachable, and accommodating. They were prompt with their responses and made everything seamless. The space is exactly as shown in the pictures — in fact, the view is absolutely breathtaking! It was a peaceful and rejuvenating stay. The amenities were excellent, and the helping staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The location was easy to find, with well-equipped markets just a short walk away, offering everything you could need — from health essentials to delicious food and more. The society itself was serene and beautifully maintained. Overall, it was an outstanding experience! I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of my stay and genuinely can't wait to return. Thank you!

The Manor on the 20th floor ensures great views. House is well kept and has all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. The hosts were quick to respond for all the requests w.r.t approvals. Interiors are well done, comfy and aesthetic. I definitely recommend this place for staycation or vacation.

Swiggy Zomato is easily available, check in was seamless, rooms are spacious and 4 5 PPL can easily stay here. maintained sofas, and everything was prim and proper. the host- Neha was super responsive. we stayed for 4 days and it was seamless. ola is available from this location...overall 5 star rating

So I travelled to Pune to attend a Course there where we had no accomodation. We were five women traveling from different places to attend this course and we were looking for a home that match our standard, which is cozy and not too expensive. We found a very beautiful home for a week's stay. All five of us loved the beautiful home with beautiful artistic touch to it. We sat by windows and it was relaxing to sit by windows when we needed quite alone space. It genuinely felt good to come back to home at the end of the day :) The cherry on the top for us was home cooked meals by an aunty in the neighborhood. She is not just the best cook but she is very sweet and loving which made us feel at home. I highly recommend the place if you prefer comfort.

Nous avons réservé l'appartement entier pour 2 semaines dans le cadre d'une formation que nous réalisions à proximité. Le logement est conforme à la description et toutes les commodités sont présentes. Une femme de ménage passe plusieurs fois par semaine et permet à l'appartement de rester propre durant tout le séjour. Sheela est très accueillante et apporte conseil lors que nous en avons besoin (merci pour le contact pour les cours de Yoga). Une colline est à proximité pour s'évader quelques heures de la ville, restaurant et sont également à proximité de l'appartement. Si je reviens à Pune pour une prochaine formation, je réserverai cette appartement sans hésitation. Le seul bémol, sont les travaux à proximité de 7h à 19h, non-stop. C'est temporaire, mais cela peut rendre très nuisible, en particulier lorsque vous venez pour travailler et rechercher le calme.

The location was peaceful and convenient, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Deepak was a great host, responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. He made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free, and was always available in case I had any questions. You can tell he really cares about creating a great experience for his guests. The apartment is located in a central part of Pune, just a short walk from both metro and bus stations. Despite its prime location, it remains peaceful and cool, thanks to the lush trees that surround it. A variety of excellent restaurants are also within walking distance. The apartment itself is thoughtfully designed and equipped with everything you could need. It is a very comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. Tanvi is a wonderful host—exceptionally kind and always ready to help. We had a fantastic experience at her place and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pune.

This was the perfect place for my stay! The room was bright, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It had everything I needed for a comfortable experience a cozy bed, plenty of storage space, and a well equipped bathroom. The little touches, like a bottle of water on the nightstand and extra pillows, really made a difference. The location was ideal, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but still close enough to local cafes and transport. I loved how easy it was to explore the area. The host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay. Communication was quick, and they even provided thoughtful recommendations for places to visit nearby. Came here to celebrate a birthday, have to say the place is absolutely wonderful! Exactly as the pictures describe it. The host is responsive and the check-in was super seamless. It was a perfect weekend getaway and the stay was way much better than expected ! Also kudos to Jeet for being a responsive , polite and a proactive host ! Will highly recommend this place if you want to spend a relaxed weekend.

Loved our stay at this Villa-ment ! I should start by saying that it does look exactly like the photos, having a calm and neat vibe. Host Sachin was extremely cooperative and clear in his instructions from the beginning. Checking in was easy, with no issues with getting in and using the allotted parking space. The apartment itself is very well furnished and maintained - with indoor, outdoor spaces to sit and relax; a bar counter; a fully stacked kitchen; comfy bedrooms and clean bathrooms. Our group of 6 had booked it for New Years Eve and could party freely without needing to worry about anything. (However, it has to be said that since the apartment is part of a gated society, occupants should not go overboard with noise, especially in outdoor areas of the apartment) Special mention to the projector room which was an amazing experience to watch movies. All in all it was a great experience, and we will definitely be coming again whenever possible.
