Tu Pin’s home was a joy to behold. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy and provided an amicable atmosphere to weary travelers such as I. The decorations on the room are adequate for the price point and truly make’s the listing pop out from a hotel. There are privacy doors separating the master bedroom from the kitchen/living room area and provides a great view from the 5th floor. The room all in all holds true to its form and description on the app with a few upgraded quirks. A unique feature to this host’s hospitality is that she provides a bilingual video guide that walks you entirely through the check-in process which made my experience seamless and intuitive. Highly recommend this stay for a small party of travelers on a budget. Great area that is close to a plethora of attractions and restaurants.

My stay at this place was great. The apartment is brand new, it’s perfectly clean and well equipped, very comfortable overall and conveniently located (MRT station, shopping mall and grocery store are all very close to the building). The decoration is modern and looks good. There’s free parking space available in the basement and a convenient garbage management system. The owner is very friendly and helpful. There are just a few downsides: -The bed mattress are quite firm (which I like but it might not suit everyone’s taste) -The tap for drinking water is inoperative, you have to boil water, wait for it to cool down and then filter it with a jug (one is provided) -All the windows are on the same side of the apartment, and are located in two of the three bedrooms and in one of the two bathrooms, so there’s no sunlight in the third bedroom nor in the living room. However those downsides are really minor compared to the advantages, plus the price is really reasonable for what you get.

good location and clean place as advertised. only had to climb up the stairs which was a little dark as stated but everything else was great. enjoyed my stay

This was the best choice. It was quite localised so we enjoyed many local restaurants. There was a local nightmarket just walking distance. Definitely the view of the room was why we booked! Jimmy was also proactive in our enquiries and overall, it felt like a hotel stay!

It's literally in the Liuhe Nightmarket road. I would think it would be noisier but it's actually quieter than what I expected. Might be different on a packed season but they provide earplugs. other than that it's a perfect location to get around and find good food late at night! would recommend for people who just need a good cheap place to stay since we're mostly out the day being visiting places.

I really enjoyed my 3 week stay at Eva's apartment. Located close to some nice walkable natural spots and also really close to MRT and Railway Station, when feeling like exploring the surroundings a bit further. The apartment had good amenities for a comfy long term stay. Eva herself was extremely hospitable and just a pleasure to interact with overall 😊 All in all, definitely recommended for someone who enjoys both, serenity of natural surrounding and good public transport connections. We really employed staying here. It was peaceful and quiet, close to great restaurants, bars, massages, and public transportation, and the hosts were so helpful in helping us plan our trip. You can’t control nature and we did experience an earthquake (it’s my third in my life), but in such a newly constructed building built to standards, I have never felt safer. The hosts reached out as it was happening, asked us how we were and provided helpful instructions. I would definitely come back!

the apartment was very clean and spacious, with 2 balconies (one for drying laundry, another one for enjoying the view). we slept very well and the neighbourhood was quiet. We loved how clean the air BNB was. Note that if you want to go to areas with more restaurants, you will have to walk 10 to 15 minutes. The LRT stop is about 15 minutes walk as well. There is a supermarket right across the street so that was very convenient, as well as a 711 right in the same building.
