The place was great, host pooja and the care taker both were very accommodative. A good alternative to booking a hotel in dapoli for your family to enjoy privacy and serene environment.

I must say a big thank you to Faizal and team as this was a last minute booking for us as the property we had booked cancelled on us. they were so responsive and available at that point of time in the evening, where we had to go in next day and they took our request. The caretaker called me and we discussed the menu at like 10pm...he went to the market the very first thing in the morning and just welcomed us with open arms. when we reached there the view changed the entire mood. everyone loved it and the cancellation was a blessing in disguise. A well maintained property on the outskirts of a village, beautiful place to spend time with family, friends. uninterrupted view of the ocean, great location, u can just stare at the ocean for hours. Clean pool and villa. down to earth caretakers. yummy homemade food. a must visit for big groups looking for exclusivity.

Amazing host!! Loved the serenity of the place. Although it's located at the centre/roadside, the lace was clean, quiet and private. The indoor pool was clean, the beds and the bedsheets were clean. The local homely food that cook made for us was amazing. The caretaker was polite and helpful throughout the stay. Would love to recommend to my friends and family ✌️

Our stay was warm, comfortable, and felt like home. Sangeeta offered quick and efficient service, and was always kind, helpful, and considerate. She made us feel like we were part of the family. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the meals prepared by Datta and his family were absolutely delicious. We will surely come back again.

Great place, great views. Beach and market both are very accessible and nearby. Apart from the fridge having a pungent smell (which went away after leaving it open for some time), everything was excellent. Jitesh is a very warm host, good communication and very considerate. Caretaker is also very warm and kept checking if everything was okay. Amantran, nearby restaurant suggested by Jitesh is very good. Bungalow is comfortable and has everything, feels homely. Would definitely consider visiting again.

perfect place for a group or family it's very much great for during any season of the year. the food made by the caretaker is also tasty and homely. the nearby area is green and pleasennt the pool is perfectly place and is on the right size to chill and enjoy must visit around Kashid and Revdada or Korlia fort

This is a lovely large house situated in a quite place . The entry level has a big sitting area with a 8 seater dining table . There are 2 bedrooms here with attached bath and 3 on the floor above . Another bedroom is on the second floor (this has no attached bath) . Each room is well kept and provided with blankets and towels . The swimming pool is a level lower and the 7th room is at this level ,this room is more like a outhouse along with other gaming facilities . A large Verandah runs through two sides of the entire hall where games can be played. Here too there are outdoor rattan tables and chairs provided. A trampoline at one corner occupied the children for long time . The highlight of the place is the pool which is clean and inviting . The caretaker is very helpful and provides tea , coffee and heats all the meals which are delivered from small home based restaurants close by , with recommendations from host . We would surely recommend this place for a large group .

Aqua Arina is a beautiful and very charmimg villa in a peaceful (although the masjid in the vicinity might wake up some early in the morning) remote area (no mobile network available but very reliable Wi-Fi) with limited indoor space but a lot of outdoor sitting areas and space, which was exactly what we were looking for, in addition to the beautiful swimming pool Food and hospitality was excellent, we were very well taken care of by Sunil and his family who live on the property in a separate cottage, while respecting our privacy at the same time. Highly recommended!

Loved the stay.

It was a lovely home, with the layout of the rooms, and the study/living room each bedroom comes with being perfect for our 8 member group. The washrooms are really spacious and done-up well too! The pool out front is great for laps or just something your group can huddle around and have some fun. We always enjoy the food along this coast line in particular, and were glad the place lived up to this, and then some. The food was simply sumptuous. The staff was also always available for any help, & any knick knacks we needed. The hosts were very responsive and pre-empting our questions in fact, and description/photos overall are all accurate. Around the Airbnb, the beaches are hardly a 5 min drive away, you don't have to go up all the way to Kashid beach which is usually a bit more crowded than some of the stretches we made it to. We caught sunsets on both days, and some folks from the group went in for morning runs on the beach as well. All in all, we recommend it!

It was a family weekend getaway for us in SeaLaVie. Property is right besides the nandgaon beach and is maintained well. Entire beach is filled with coconut trees and is secluded from all the tourist hustle in Alibaug. There a 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms in total, 2 are master bedrooms and rest are guest rooms which are smaller in size but can accommodate 2-3 people easily. Rooms and washrooms were clean and well maintained at time of our visit. Kitchen in living room(on first floor) is defunct. Some cons that we noticed, shower system in the master bedroom was broken or may be we couldn't figure out its working, anyways we didn't use that. TVs/DTH was not functional in some of the rooms, we didn't try much as we were more interested in spending time together. We were family of 11 people, food served by care taker and cooks were awesome and was served at the dot time we asked for. It was an amazing villa surrounded by tress, its very peaceful Villa is spacious and clean I must say its a well maintained property Caretaker Navnaath is also very helpful He was always there to quickly resolve any issues that we faced Property is only 20 mins away from Ladghar beach Overall it was an amazing stay

place is good with all amenities and surrounded with lush greenery. best place to stay .. special thanks to Ankita mawashi. it's was up to the mark in terms of ambience, cleanliness, proximity from beaches and Dapoli main market. we 4 families with 6 kids had comfortable stay. grateful for choosing the same and would highly recommend others.

I stayed at the house during an extended weekend with three other friends. The house is located in the village chanere. It is situated away from the crowd and surrounded by mountains. The place has a rustic charm and is ideal for people who want to spend quality time away from the crowd of the city. It is very peaceful and quiet place. There are a couple of dogs, a bunch of chicken and ducks as well on the farm which adds to the overall vibe of the place. Coming to the place itself, it consists of a main structure with a living area and a bedroom area. Additionally there is another glass house from where you can see the stars when you sleep at night. We came here for rest and relaxation and it was a perfect place for the same. The evenings very special as we sat under the moonlit sky and enjoyed our beers with nothingness all around. I have to say the housekeeper ramesh was very helpful. Althoucould have cooked ourselves, he made some amazing chicken on both days of our stay. Overall we had a great time and me back.

Every meal was delicious and freshly prepared, adding to the overall delightful experience. Everything was cooked to perfection. Overall, our stay was marked by relaxation, great service, and excellent food. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway in Devrai. We can't wait to return!

It's a beautiful and spacious 1BHK villa. I was looking for 2bhk for a family of 6 people and 3 pets and the filter listed this property not sure whose at fault but I was expecting 2bhk and got 1bhk since my seach filter was 2 and 3bhk villas. It's definitely a good place, extremely clean.

its a nice hide out away from the city. the Location is serene and the back balcony had nice views. we got everything in the kitchen and king rooms. Milind went out of his way to make sure we had everything and were comfortable.
