Surrounded by fields, our poolhouse is set away from the main house. Providing the ideal base for business and leisure guests. Well placed for the many regional attractions. Inside there is a large, light reception area overlooking pool terrace, galley kitchen, lobby, wet room, basement TV room with large modular sofas/optional beds, and a galleried mezzanine - please note that the sleeping platform has steep, space-saver stairs and restricted headroom which may not be suitable for all guests.

Well equipped kitchen including Nespresso coffee machine. Use of indoor swimming pool and outdoor Hydropool hot tub. Private garden with rattan furniture. Award winning artisan Farm Shop with café and bakery all onsite. Keys are collected using a keybox so this gives you flexibility on arrival and departure times.

The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.

Enjoy 2 complimentary hours at the Wild Wood UK Wellness area, with a natural swimming pool, hot tub and sauna from 6–8pm. The Chapel is set in a tranquil rural location in the heart of Staffordshire’s countryside. The property is ideal for family and friends to relax and enjoy the Pool and Sauna and then finish off cocktails at the bar and then snuggle up and watch a movie. The Property is within easy access of the M6 and a short into Stone Town Centre which has lovely bars and restaurants. Moodershall Oaks Spa is close by to book a relaxing massage.
