We had a lovely stay. The pool is stunning and villa was spotless and as described. Staff were friendly and helpful. Keep in mind there is a cash deposit required on arrival that we did not see in the fine print, but we had no problems getting it back at the end of our stay.

A hidden gem. The owner is very responsive. She even paid a visit and passed a big delicious mango !. The unit is super clean. Better than what is actually shown in the picture. Big swimming pool. It's easy to get a BOLT ride. 7 Eleven is at ground level. I would definitely come here again for my next trip.

The accommodation was excellent. The host was very attentive and thoughtful in preparing all the amenities. The sea view and sunset from the place were absolutely stunning. I will definitely stay here again.

Best view, just an endless view of ocean from the apartment. You can see the sunset in front of you. Designed really well also!

Place is clean and wonderful

Perfekter Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert! Ich hatte eine fantastische Zeit in diesem Airbnb! Das Zimmer war nicht nur makellos sauber, sondern auch geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Die Lage war ideal – ruhig, aber dennoch in der Nähe von Restaurants, Märkten und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Gastgeber war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und voller guter Tipps für die Umgebung. Besonders geschätzt habe ich die kleinen Details, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht haben, wie frische Handtücher und eine schnelle WLAN-Verbindung. Insgesamt ein perfekter Ort, um sich in Thailand wohlzufühlen. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen!

บ้านพักโอเค คุ้มค่ากับราคา แอร์ไม่ค่อยเย็นเท่าไหร่ อาจจะเพราะช่วงนี้อากาศร้อนมาก แต่ในห้องมีพัดลมทุกห้องเลยช่วยได้ การเดินทางไปอาจจะลำบากถ้าไม่มีรถเพราะบ้านพักอยู่ในซอยลึก แต่ถ้ามีรถจะสะดวกหน่อย สามารถจอดรถได้หลายคันหน้าบ้าน

Olimme ystäviemme kanssa Poomin ja hänen Ranskalaisen miehensä Villassa 2 viikkoa. Paikkana oli erinomainen, päättyvän tien viimeinen talo, joten ylimääräistä liikennettä ei ollut. Talo oli juuri sellainen, mikä kuvissa. Uima-allasta siivottiin säännöllisesti ja hintaan kuului 1 siivous puolivälissä lomaa. Poom vastasi heti viesteihin ja apu tuli hetkessä, jos sitä tarvittiin. Poom ja hänen miehensä olivat todella ihania ihmisiä ja voin todellakin suositella kaikille tätä kohdetta. Ehdottomasti vuokraamme tämän villan uudestaan, jos on isompi porukka....Kiitos vielä Poom, ehkä joskus vielä tapaamme samoissa merkeissä.

I'm the kind who did homework before booking and embarking. This villa is accurate - what's on the photos and what you feel and get - and that's why I booked it. great host, pressure-free, good vibe, and the pool is wonderful. I originally wanted to grill BBQ but got lazy; next time maybe. You feel at home and at ease.

it was so near to beach and we were getting tuk tuk to go to walking street per person 10Bhat and while coming also we got tuk tuk after getting down it was walkable distance.the room was tidy and hygiene.loved the place .I recommend for people who loves to stay near beach.

My stay with David was excellent. Alain, the property manager was incredibly friendly and always attentive and willing to help. The property was as described. You can have anything delivered from all over the city. Ordering a Bolt or Uber is easy, fast and affordable. I will definitely stay here again.

Great place to hang out with friends and family. The pool lights in the night really enhances your experience of staying in the pool villa!

Nice clean and comfortable villa. The pool was nice and big spacious outdoor area. It is about 20-30 mins by car from central Pattaya.

A beautiful appartment with a beautiful view both from the balcony and the from the pools and lounges we got access to. The place was fully stocked and clean, pretty much like a hotel. the host was very helpful and reposive. A great experience overall.

Wir waren zum zweiten mal in dieser Unterkunft und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Haus entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Villa wurde täglich gereinigt. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, da es etwas abgelegen liegt. Ansonsten sehr ruhig. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Det er et super dejligt hus, som ligger i rolige omgivelser lidt uden for Pattaya. Det ligger i gåafstand til et par restauranter og supermarked mm. Skal du ind til selve Pattaya skal du tage en bil. Selve huset er godt indrettet, og der er god plads især fordi vi kun var 7 personer. Sengene i selve hovedhuset er meget hårde. Da vi ankom var der kun 3 solvogne og 2 solstole på terrassen, hvilket ikke var nok, da vi var 7 mennesker og huset har 12 sovepladser. Vi skrev til udlejer, og et par dage efter, kom der et par solstole mere, så vi alle kunne nyde solen. Der var grundig rengøring hver dag, og manageren til huset var meget behjælpelig med at svare på evt. spørgsmål og bestille udflugter mm. I huset ligger der en mappe med forslag til forskellige udflugter. Det kunne være en god ide, hvis man fik den tilsendt på mail før ankomst, så man kan planlægge sin rejse lidt bedre. Værten er hurtig til at svare på beskeder og var meget behjælpelig med at bestille transport fra lufthavnen.

Bualais is the definition of a super host. The place was great awesome pool and very quiet at night. Located in the heart of everything! We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Highly recommend!!
