My stay with David was excellent. Alain, the property manager was incredibly friendly and always attentive and willing to help. The property was as described. You can have anything delivered from all over the city. Ordering a Bolt or Uber is easy, fast and affordable. I will definitely stay here again.

這次旅程，5大人4小朋友，樓主有愛心，地方剛剛好，尚算清潔乾淨，只是廁所可以改善一下，地下厠所需要大一點抽氣，如果可以乾濕分離就更好啦，總括來說都有5星星。

这个房屋像件艺术品一样美丽，一开门地上铺满了鸡蛋花，真的是太美妙了！里面布满了各种艺术品，像是生活在博物馆里。开放的庭院带进来凉爽的风，听着风铃的阵阵清响，可以享受美好的午休时光。但也带来一个问题是会有蚊子叮咬。住在这里最好有交通工具，因为需要走1km以上才能到主要街道。不过周边有很多评价很高的美食可以享用，并且可以享受宁静的夜晚。

Die Zeit in der Unterkunft war super! Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und haben auch gemeinsam gekocht und eine tolle Zeit Am Pool gehabt. Auf unsere Wünsche wurde eingegangen und auch die Lage war einzigartig. Wir waren in der Nähe von allem und konnten uns sehr gut fortbewegen. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen. Danke für alles.

if you look at the other reviews you will see that this place is very big and excellent value for money. It is a great base for your visit with local amenities within easy walking distance or a short taxi drive if you wish to go a little further. the pool area is nice with food available if you wish. Ich hatte das Vergnügen, 17 Tage in dieser wunderschönen Villa zu verbringen, und es war eine fantastische Erfahrung. Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Sicherheit – man fühlt sich hier rundum geschützt und kann die Zeit vollkommen ungestört genießen. Die Villa bietet viel Privatsphäre, sodass man sich wie in einer eigenen kleinen Oase fühlt. Ich kann diesen Ort absolut weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

Hosang est un hôte professionnel, tout est bien organisé, la communication est bonne et les problèmes sont réglés rapidement. L'appartement est fidèle à la description, vous vous sentez comme chez vous et c'est très agréable de se réveiller chaque matin en pouvant observer la mer. Si je reviens à Jomtien je louerai l'appartement d'Hosang à nouveau sans hésiter.

Pairine's place is beautiful and I think anyone who books this place will be happy. You need to get a motorbike or some type of transportation to get around or you will be stuck in this little community. One last thing get ready to sleep on a brick hard mattress. The mattress is brutal and made for many nights of uncomfortable sleep. The pool was deserted and a bungie cord attached to the door kind of an abandoned area I only went up there once. Other than that it's a great place to stay. Great sunsets from the balcony.

I am writing this review in fear that I will not be able to book this place again in the future as everyone will want to stay here. The room matched the photos exactly and more. The parking was easy and everything in the compound was great. Will be back again for sure.

I had a pleasant two-week stay in this well-appointed apartment, which featured a range of amenities including televisions with Netflix, a comfortable bed, an efficient washing machine good refrigirator, and robust security measures such as keycard access for the elevators and security personnel at the gate. The location was convenient, situated just a 10-minute walk from Beach Road.

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Decent place to stay, 10 minutes walk to walking street, a lot of indian cuisine.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einer noblen Ausstattung, die Aussicht ist sehr schön! Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind top ausgestattet und sehr gut gepflegt!

체크인도 간편하고 숙소주변에 모든걸 갖추고 있어서 게스트가 편리하게 생활 할수 있는것 같습니다. 개인적으로 31층에 수영장이 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 강추 합니다.

裡面有兩層， 下面大廳， 上面睡房， 都有完美的海景， 對面就是海灘邊， 上頂樓泳池還有一望無際的超闊景。 早上 中午 黃昏 完美景觀。 主人家很客氣，資訊很實用，願意幫忙。

Very clean and neat condo. Everything was as pictured and the condo had all necessities needed. The Urban Condominiums buildings and pool area are very well maintained, much better than any of the other condos in the area. Udo was very easy to contact and went out of his way to allow for an early check-in when my flight was moved up. All in all, a very good stay.
