This is place is a perfect for couples with beautiful sea view. It is very well equipped, neat and clean linens. The host responds promptly, we had very easy check-in. Incase early check-in is not possible, the host helps to keep the luggages at the reception very securely. A perfect stay for couples.

This is a very nice apartment. I came here a few days ago. From here I felt like I was in my own home and the view was beautiful.

Excellent host from check in to check out he gave instructions clearly. Nice view from 38th floor specially at night. Rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures neat and tidy. We loved our stay in this place. Whenever I come back will choose this place undoubtedly. There is no hassle for elevator as seen in many reveiws 7-8 minutes ia worth waiting for 38th floor. The very Best experience we've ever had in Pattaya. Perfect location. Luxury house with beautiful Jomtien Beach right in front for swim. It is in a luxury private Village, close to famous restaurants, cafes, shops, malls& attractions. House is privately gated+peaceful; &Village has 24hr security guards; we have small kids& felt safe, relaxed. Bedrooms & bathrooms so large & clean. Huge living rooms & communal areas for big group activities. With all amenities we need:washer, big fridges, TVs, fast Wifi, safe, cooking tools, water heater, bikes, etc. Pool is right in front of house& very nice +large, for small kids &adults. Host is friendly & honest. Available 24/7. Flexible check-in/out. We even forgot USD4,000 in the house: they immediately informed and drove 2 hrs to return to us! We've been to Pattaya many times, stayed in many places & can say that this house is by far the best value. With cheap price, we got a 5 star villa. Truly the best house in Pattaya. Highly recommend!

Rafael and Janejira are quick to respond, usually within minutes. Khun Aey who was the aunt of Janejira lives nearby and available at all times. We loved the place. Beach is located across the house. The road in between the house and the beach is a dead-end road, therefore, traffic is low except for people going to the restaurants. There are 5 floors with elevator access to each floor. Total of 10 bedrooms, with 6 of them facing the sea. The bedrooms are located on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. The first floor is the dinning room, kitchen, small sitting area and the pool. The 5th floor is the lounge with huge sofa, huge screen TV and pool table. Each bedroom is equipped with coffee machine, small refrigerator and bathroom. Lots of good seafood restaurants within steps of the house and a convenient store within a block of house. We absolutely love the house and one of the best AirBnB that I have stayed in. Highly recommend.

Amazing ambience, spick and span, very good bar menu. Amazing location but taxi not easily available at all times , use grab app for taxi. We had a great time in the Villa. Thank you.

A very Good stay, I would recommend to stay here if your staying in Pattaya. although the apartment is 10/15 mins from the beach it is so easy and cheap to get around Pattaya by using Bolt. The apartment was tidy and it was very quite and peaceful.

Great location, close to the beach, without the traffic of being right on the beach. The pool is huge and well maintained. Lots of restaurants nearby and two good grocery stores within a 5 minute walk if you want to get snacks or cook for yourself. There's also a pretty well stocked convenience store right in the building. The apartment is well furnished and quite roomy for a couple. The kitchen is decently equipped. The bed is large and firm, but comfortable. There are two balconies with a lovely sunset view.

Fin leilighet, rent og pent. Alt av kjøkkenutstyr om du trenger å lage mat. Ligger i 20 etg og har utsikt mot havet. Pga høyden og beliggenheten er du også skjermet for støy fra gaten. Bassenget på taket er fantastisk, og har nydelig utsikt mot Pattaya og Pattaya strand. Perfekt beliggenhet i nærheten av der der skjer. Anbefales absolutt:)
