Great place just seconds from the beach! We arrived late (2 a.m.) from canceled fights and had trouble with the lock code. (User error) Someone answered my call immediately and got us right in. There’s beach supplies such as a wagon, chairs, umbrella and even towels, which were so convenient. I highly reccomend this place! Great stay!

Couldn’t have found a better place to stay for our trip. After full days at the beaches, sightseeing, and exploring it was so nice to get back to our little house to enjoy the quiet and relaxing oasis. Truly a wonderful place to stay.

Alex was very professional and promptly addressed any issues we had. By issues I mean, getting us more towels and fixing the pool where it was losing water. Would definitely recommend this place!

The home was very clean and cute! The beds were very comfy! Bathrooms were cleaned and stocked! We enjoyed making a home made breakfast and enjoyed the warm pool! We appreciated the cooler and umbrella available for the beach. The basketball was a plus for our 10 year old! The kids even had fun with Alexa! Host was very very responsive! We would definitely book to stay here again! It felt like we were staying at a family members house!

We had trouble with our flight so we arrived in the middle of the night. That was no problem for Chad and his team. It was easy self check-in. When we had questions there was a quick respond. The house was very convenient and had every thing to make a nice meal. Thank you Chad en team!

We were a group of 13 women and had an awesome week! This place has lots of space and everything you need…for the indoors and outdoors. We spent a lot of time around the pool, which is in great shape and well maintained and we also drove to the beach several times (lots of beach chairs, towels, sun umbrellas, coolers etc and a wagon to transport everything in!). The house is very conveniently located if you want to go into Tampa (or take the Cross Bay ferry over to a Tampa Bay Lightning game…which we did!). We had a few issues when we first arrived but Colburn was very quick to respond and all was resolved in a very timely manner. We are planning to come back again next year!

All around, probably the best AirBNB I've every stayed at in terms of value. I'm typically a very hard critic, however, I can honestly say the home was nicer than I was anticipating (which is very rare). 100% satisfied!

Jeff was exceptional. Very friendly and responsive. His home was gorgeous- just as the photos depicted. Beautiful fireplace in the living room (to take the chill off this year’s cold snap) and one in each bedroom. Such a nice touch. The unit and building met our needs perfectly. Great for two couples or a family that wants gathering space and also privacy. The condo was stocked with all the basic things you’d need! We’d highly recommend Jeff and this condo.

This was a sisters vacation….and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend it. The home was beautiful and right near the beach. The pool was private and clean. We loved the feeling every time we walked in the door. We walked to dinner and shops and coffee. And any questions were answered right away. Can’t wait to come back.

We had a great week here! 3 families with lots of kids and it had everything we needed, space to spread out, plenty of room in the kitchen, and enough pool towels. Safe to say our kids spent more time in the pool than out! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Great location. The pictures were accurate. Barb and her husband were friendly as I talked to both of them and are dog friendly. An easy walk to the beach and to Siesta Key Village. There’s even beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. My family and I will be staying there in the future.

Our family of 8 stayed very comfortably at Calico! It was stocked with everything we needed. The location was awesome…close walk to beach, across the street from grocery, easy to catch the trolly and biking distance to anything! We absolutely loved every minute of our family beach vacation! Great house super spacious. It was perfect for my family we spent the whole at the pool and went to see the sunset at siesta key beach only 8 min away

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We really appreciated having the beach gear, including a wagon the transport everything. Very convenient! Beautiful beaches within 30 minutes. Wellen Park and Warm Mineral Springs worth checking out! Irina was very responsive. Pool temp was a little cooler than our comfort level and some of the outdoor things are a bit warn (basketball hoop broken, pool floats, etc.). Other than that the place was just perfect! Highly recommend!

The home was as described. We really enjoyed the pool, and everything we needed was there. Our dog loved the fenced backyard too. The mattresses were very comfortable. While we were a little hesitant about plane noise after our arrival, the air traffic didn’t interrupt our sleep or fun at all. Highly recommend Gina’s listing, and we would definitely stay there again.

This home is absolutely stunning if you’re looking for a getaway with your family or evening another couple. The home is very spacious, the pool is absolutely stunning and perfect and the beach is just a short drive away! Very local to many things! Bonnie was so sweet and quick to respond to whatever we needed! Would recommend this place to anyone !

The home was very nice and as described. Very peaceful especially sitting by the pool and watching the canal. It is about 10 minutes from activities but it was perfect for us

This villa was very quiet and private. The view of the surrounding area from the lanai was especially enjoyable. It is just a short walk to the pool and to the outdoor grills. The circle is a great place to get a walk in anytime, day or night. The neighborhood is quiet and has a very safe and friendly feel. Clara went out of her way to help when called upon.

We loved our short but sweet stay at this house! Beautiful property, stunning pool, awesome views. Perfect for a family to relax and unwind and have fun.

The house was absolutely beautiful and spacious! we brought our 3 dogs and the fenced yard was such a plus! the ppol is beautiful and we loved the solar heating, we were swimming on new years eve!!! I also love that they dont throw away everything in between stays, like flour, papaer plates, things like that! so we left some things as well maybe the next person just might need in the kitchen! Me and my family had an amazing holiday and we will definitely be returning! (Hopefully)
