We had a fabulous stay at this place. The view is outstanding. The house was extremely clean and comfortable for the three of us, plus our dog. The beach access was very easy - even for me who has terrible knees! (I did use my walking poles for balance) The kitchen was very well equipped. The patio out back and fire pit were an extra bonus. This house was expensive, but we thoroughly enjoyed it and enjoyed exploring the surrounding area, which was new to us. Loved it all!

This house is wonderful for families with kids of all ages. The arcade and hot tub were a huge hit with Grandkids! There is an ocean view from the entire middle floor, so peaceful and relaxing. Everyone agreed that the beds were very comfortable. Just a couple of blocks away are 2 small bakeries and several assorted gift shops, easy to walk to from the house. The home was very clean. It also had many games and children’s books available. Coffee was provided, nice to have that. Jessica was responsive and easy to communicate with :)

It is a wonderful place. So comfortable and fully stocked with everything you need to cook and hangout for a long weekend. We started with a group of old friends and enjoyed our time hanging out on the deck and cooking together. We drove to the beach only 20 minutes away. After they left we had a lovely time just relaxing in the hot tub, sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful weather we had. Though I must say even if it had been raining the outside porch is well covered and you could still enjoy being out there. Everyone was very pleased with the beds, super comfortable. There were plenty of linens and even outdoor towels, as well as seperate towels for the pets. (Though we did not have any with us) If I had any comment if would be, we were slightly disappointed that their was no leaf for the dining room table with eight of us and one in a wheelchair it was a tight squeeze, but we made it work! Again, not an issue, just a suggestion! All in all one of my favorite stays.

We stayed here as a memory trip for my son and husband. Being right on the beach, hearing the waves and having our own way down to walk on the beach made it perfect. The house was wonderful, everyone had their own rooms, open floor plan to have meals and game nights where everyone can be involved. Between Lincoln City and Depot Bay made going either way easily and quickly we had a variety of restaurants and stores to visit. We got to meet Stephanie who was amazing and so incredibly sweet!! Will remember this place for some time to come and if we get a chance to do it again will definitely be using this rental!!

This was a very comfortable house, large but not cluttered. It was a perfect place to have young children. Great location, and it had everything thing that we needed.

Our 2nd stay with four nights. We love the peacefulness of the ever changing bay. Lots of bird watching. Thanks for allowing pets Richard. The kitchen is always stocked. We love the King bed, comfy. We will be back.

We loved our stay at the Red House and wish it could have been longer. The house is comfortable and accommodating with a beautiful ocean view. We enjoyed walks to the beach with our pups, hot tub soaks, and cooking dinners in the well-stocked kitchen. Morris was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed and beyond, including great suggestions for local beaches. We will absolutely be back!

We enjoyed our stay and our family would be happy to return. The location is excellent and we enjoyed waking to the beach, restaurants and nearby dunes.

Very nice place to stay. Used hot tub on upper floor, wonderful view, somewhat of a hike, if any problems with walking, but we managed even with bad knees. Would definitely stay again. Great location.

Loved staying here with my family! Bedding was amazing, plenty of rags, towels and blankets. It was so nice having the washing machine and very clear instruction on how to get in and use everything! We had a really good time!

We stayed at the Lookout for three months and loved our time there. The view over Nye Beach is breathtaking and never gets old in any weather! the biggest pros: - Location and View are perfect - Well-stocked kitchen - Squeaky Clean - Well-designed space - Pet friendly It's worth knowing - The Lookout is not large, but it has everything you need - The location is definitely tucked away - we didn't even try ordering delivery bc we didn't think they would find it - No recycling on site, just a small trash bin - You will sign a long agreement (outside of AirBnB) that looks litigious and basically prohibits negative and 4* reviews We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.

This is the place you're looking for! Super clean. Roomy. Awesome view out over the water. Good places to walk along the ocean. And good wifi too. Would stay here again!

The view was amazing; the apartment was clean and was conveniently located to the world's smallest harbor. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Was just what we needed! Comfortable bed and a great view! (I will point out that if you have mobility issues, it’s difficult to get on the beach. Lots of stairs) If you enjoy cooking, this probably isn’t the place for you. We don’t, so it was perfect;)

Our stay with Blue Pacific was nothing short of fantastic. Our host was generous and outgoing, offering his service every time I spoke to him. The views were amazing and the walk to the beach is nonexistent. All of the popular restaurants are right down the road as well as hiking trails and scenic spots everywhere along the way. We will be back to visit again soon!
