The garden, with excellent sun exposure, is the ideal place to sit and relax while admiring the view and enjoying a romantic dinner. Bellagio historic centre is 1,5 km far. The recently renovated second floor apartment is situated in one of the most picturesque settings of the Lake Como, almost 350m above Varenna (20 min drive), and it can host up to 3 guests. The first floor belongs to a family who lives there all year round, but just the entrance is shared. Free wifi installed in all of the property.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
