Spent a day in Ocho Rios with my family of 6 visiting Dunn’s River falls, and needed a place to stay overnight as we had a flight to catch the next day in Mobay. I booked at a different air bnb in a different gated community that went really bad, as we entered that house it was taken over by ants that my 2 young sons freaked out about and refused to stay there. So I was left without a suitable accommodation at almost 6 pm at night when I searched and came across this listing hosted by Janet and luckily it was available. I booked and it was ready for me within 20 minutes. Janet was a great host, the place was modern, very big screen TVs in all the rooms, locks and keys for each rooms in case travelling with a group, garbage bins everywhere, good size private backyard for kiddies to play or private couple time, AC kicks in instantly with cold air, separate beach towels provided, access to laundry to wash and dry my beach stuff, comfy bed and linens, and as my kids said…. NO ants/bugs!!!

Nadia made a birthday stay extremely special by providing the additional service of decorating the rooms. She went above and beyond.

Really nice Villa. Beautiful ocean view. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of towels, pillows, and extra sheets and pillows if needed. The kitchen was furnished well enough to cook all the essentials. The house and bathrooms were very clean. The wifi worked great our entire stay. Communication with the host was easy, and the response was quick. There is AC in two of the main bedrooms. The third room and the rest of the house do not have AC, but there are ceiling fans in every room. It can,get pretty warm in the living room and kitchen, especially while cooking. The only thing I wish there was would have been either long chairs or beach chairs or hammocks to be able to lay in the sun or shade and enjoy the view and ocean breeze. You can swim in the bay if you are a swimmer as it can be kind of rough. Make sure to bring water shoes as it is all rocks and some are very sharp. There is no sand what so ever. The private beach is wonderful and located at a 3min drive.

Excellent place! I would definitely stay again. Very clean and well kept. Loved how close it was to the beach and pool! The nearby beach was awesome and felt very private. Would recommend.

This is our second consecutive 3 month visit to this property. David is an amazing host! The location is unbeatable. A very short walk to Ocho Rios Bay Beach. Everything that you need is within walking distance. This includes grocery stores, restaurants, ATM's, etc. Margaritaville is directly across the street in a complex that has a number of restaurants, gift shops, tour operators, etc. We will definitely be returning to this property for another long term stay! Terron’s place was awesome! Super clean, cozy, and in an ideal location—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping the space nice. This is my fourth time staying at palmview estate townhouse. my stay at palmview estate townhouse Mammee bay ochie Rios St Ann Jamaica was absolutely amazing the host is truly very responsive the apartment is very clean. and the house is very beautiful and the apartment is central located to all the attractions once again my experience at this beautiful apartment is a memorable experience and can't wait to visit again thank you. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Aussicht auf das Meer war einfach unbezahlbar! Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht, und man hat sich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Preis war absolut gerechtfertigt und wir fanden das Angebot mehr als fair. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen und würden sie auf jeden Fall wieder buchen, wenn wir das nächste Mal in Jamaika sind. Vielen Dank, Curreine, für die tolle Zeit!

Sharon has a great Airbnb villa in St Ann that sits beachfront inside an amenity filled community that looks and feels like it’s from a top travel magazine. She is very friendly and responsive making sure that her guests have a great overall experience. Michelle who works on Sharon’s team served as the house manager and chef during our stay and was fantastic at making us feel right at home and her home cooked meals were some of the best. Would highly recommend for any group or family looking to have a great tropical vacation in beautiful Jamaica!!

I had a lovely time staying at this air b&b the view is absolutely stunning, the place was very clean just like the picture. I most definitely would stay here again, its very close to everything Ocho has to offer, the host was very attentive and replies was very swift.

Chillin is quaint and quiet with the most amazing beach, 2 mins walk from the property. Symone is a 5 star host and is exceptional. The breeze on the balcony is also very soothing and the design and colour scheme delightful. Lester, the security guard is very polite and helpful. Overall a 5 star stay. Thanks Chillin for renewing the body of an exhausted female professional. Symone, you are the gold standard of hosting.

Loved my stay here. Very convenient location. Relaxed, shopped and ate, all in walking distance. The space was clean and functional. Simone was a very responsive host. Highly recommend.

Elton was responsible, kind, and very accommodating. Worked with us on any issue we had and his communication was prompt.

This place was absolutely beautiful! From the countertops, to the gourmet stove, to the comfy couches and beds. Beautiful tile in the showers! Lovely view of the Caribbean from the back yard! 1st class all the way!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was well furnished and equipped and spotlessly clean. We are from the UK so it was nice to watch BBC news (there are many other channels) on the living room TV. There is direct and free access to the lovely beach in front of the resort. We had some questions and Stafford responded immediately and helpfully. Stafford fully deserves his 5 star rating.

It was like having an all inclusive stay without the all inclusive price. awesome spot for business or getaway.

Absolutely perfect stay at Kling Kling. The whole family had a wonderful time. Definitely was not prepared for the beautiful view when you walk through the front door. The stay was made even better by Miss Christine, Miss Patsy and Pablo. We were very sad to leave and will definitely be looking forward to visiting again!

The host here was very responsive and always willing to help which is the most important part to me when vacationing in another country :)

Karen's villa is amazing. She is a wonderful host, and Tamara, the caretaker (and so much more) was so kind and Absolutely stunning property! Even more beautiful in person, with thoughtful design, cozy furnishings, and breathtaking views. Tamara, the on-site caretaker, made our stay extra special—her warmth and incredible cooking truly elevated the experience. We felt completely taken care of. The home was spotless, well-stocked, and perfectly peaceful. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. This place is a total gem—we’re already dreaming about coming back!
