This Airbnb stay was truly fantastic. The guest house is situated in a peaceful and secure neighborhood, making it an ideal retreat. The hosts have thoughtfully provided everything one could need and then some! We cooked several meals during our stay, thanks to the well-equipped kitchen. The coffee and tea bar was a delightful touch, complete with a variety of snacks. The level of hospitality we experienced was exceptional. The Host’s Guidebook was filled with great recommendations, and the restaurants we visited were outstanding. We’re already thinking of reasons to return to SoCal and would definitely choose to stay here again!

Advertised properly! What you see is what you get. Perfect space for a good rest. Good space for your dogs to run around outside in the backyard when the zoomies kick in!

Great little place!

The location is absolutely awesome, right on the edge of the sand, with amazing walks on the beach. It is a very peaceful place. The cottage is rustic and lovely, and if the weather was a little colder than we had hoped, it was still super beautiful. The clouds and the fog rolling in was really amazing to see. The kitchen is well stocked, and the home is comfortable. It is possible to walk to the harbor and several restaurants there including a truly fine sushi place. It is a short drive to Ventura and several other spaces along the coast that are beautiful. I would highly recommend. Tiffany was very responsive, and we appreciated the chance to stay in this cottage on the sea.

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The home was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and perfectly located. The views were absolutely stunning, making it a serene and relaxing retreat. The hosts were fantastic—welcoming, responsive, and easily accessible throughout my entire stay, ensuring everything was seamless. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly made a difference. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful home in a great location. Five stars all around!

We had a great time and Maxcy’s lovely beach house was perfect for our stay in Ventura! The home was very well-appointed and there were so many thoughtful extras to make our stay comfortable (extra towels and blankets, etc.). The neighborhood is very quiet. Maxcy was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. Thank you so much!!

We stayed at Joseph's place for a whole week, it was perfect for our visit. We used the pool and hot tub every day, Joseph heated the pool and hot tub for us with a very reasonable fee. The pool and hot tub were super clean and were lit at night, provided a serene ambiance at night. We especially loved the deep end of the pool and all the pool toys that came with the house. There are plenty of chairs and tables in the backyard for relaxing and family gathering. The most special part of the backyard is the privacy, this house stood at a corner with almost no neighbors around, makes it a great family vacation place. I also appreciate how pet friendly this house is. The interiors of the house are also great, with 3 different living rooms to chill out. The kitchen is fully stocked, the beds are very comfortable and clean. Also loved the desks for working, Joseph even provided two external monitors for us to use. We would definite come back in the future.

We have stayed at several Air BnB's but have never had the support and responsiveness that our host provided. We had a water line break forcing us to move out for nearly two weeks. Souroosh was flexible in arranging our arrival and responded in minutes to any request or question we had. He could not have been more accommodating.

Joel’s place was absolutely beautiful inside and out, it was clean, the views were fantastic we especially loved the fire pit to watch the sunset. The place was very well equipped with everything you might need including soaps, shampoos etc and the kitchen was very well stocked including a coffee machine and a kettle which being British was a lovely touch as kettles are a rare find in the states we have come to realise! The place was easy to find, Joel’s instructions were accurate and clear, he was very responsive host It is very steep to get to and from but the views are worth it! The place is really private you wouldn’t even realise anyone was around, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area!

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

10 Stars to our host and this beautiful space! I had family in and we were able to enjoy our time together and have our own space as well. The backyard was perfect for relaxing or enjoying time together. The short walk to the beach was perfect, and the Jacuzzi was such a treat! Pretty late on our first night we realized the Jacuzzi wasn’t getting as hot as it should and contacted Victor. By the time we woke up in the morning, the technician had come out and fixed it so we were ready to enjoy our time. We enjoyed every minute and will absolutely be back.

This oasis of peace and tranquility perched in the Santa Monica Mountains yet only minutes from the Beaches of Malibu, is the perfect tonic for our fast-paced, technological life. I had all the amenities needed to stay as connected as I want but with the space, design, and solitude to go inward and contemplate deeper questions. I would live there if I could!

Although the place was obviously older, they did a great job with decorating it and updating it. Jason was great and very responsive during the stay as well.

I had a great weekend. The location was peaceful very restful. Just what I needed.

very clean. a little difficult to find initial. the photos made it seem like a separate unit but it is an apt building. the inside was amazing and clean. the beds were firm and comfortable. overall a great place.

We loved our stay. It was a wonderful spot for our family to find peace during a trying time. A few short minutes from a very lightly trafficked beach; we could not have asked for a better place to stay. We are so grateful for the accommodations!

The neighborhood itself exudes tranquility and safety, making it an ideal retreat. Plus, it’s conveniently close to all sorts of amenities, from local eateries to ethnic shops. Norma and Uni truly went above and beyond. They were incredibly responsive, promptly addressing any queries and catering to our needs. Their attentiveness and hospitality added a personal touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful beach getaway or a cozy base to explore the area, this place checks all the boxes. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Julie’s place was a nice decorated apartment located in a tranquil block. It was clean, spacious and equipped with almost everything you need for daily life. Julie was very hospitable and can always solve our problems. The location was also very convenient as Whole Foods was just 3mins drive away. One thing wasn’t that perfect was during our stay, someone(probably sent by the management office) came to renovate the unit downstairs. They used glues that had a huge pungent smell and was believed to be toxic. I was forced to leave the house and stay outside for daylong. Of course, I believe it is a rare case and usually people will not encounter it. Overall it was a perfect place to stay in Thousand Oaks and I will definitely recommend it to all.

This is a sweet little beach condo! It was very clean and well-decorated! The setup with the two bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our group. We also appreciated that it was dog-friendly. The home is in a gated community. During your initial check-in, the host lets you in through the visitor gate. You're then supposed to receive a clicker that allows you to let yourself in through the resident gate. Through no fault of the host's, the resident gate wasn't working, so the host had to let us in each time we wanted to enter. This presented some challenge for us, but Roza was very apologetic, responsive, and went out of her way to make sure that she was available for us each and every time we needed access through the gate. Easily the most attentive Airbnb host we've ever had! We would be happy to stay here again the next time we're in the area!!

Shamim’s place was perfect. It’s a really nice condo in a cute neighborhood. Hueneme beach is indeed only a 5 minute walk from the condo and is a really beautiful beach. The club house indoor pool and hot tub were also a great bonus for our stay. We really appreciate the clear instructions before our arrival and the amenities were nice. The beds were comfortable and the living room with the large tv was nice for a family movie night one evening. The condo is also close to Point Magu State Park which was another highlight of our trip hiking and checking out tide pools. We had a really nice stay and a fantastic trip!
