All day sun in the winter and cool in summer. Watch the sunset fire up the sky in the evening. Use our kayak or paddleboard to enjoy the ocean a short walk from your retreat or fish at the secret spot!!!!

Enjoy a resort style stay in this newly built studio just 5 minutes walk to Ponsonby Rd restaurants. Separate from the main house with the use of a deep salt water pool (unheated). Featuring a king sized bed, mini fridge, lounge area, toaster (breakfast included inside your studio with toast, butter and jam and organic coffee and milk. Situated in the lively Ponsonby area, it is a five min walk to Ponsonby Road restaurants and a 30 min walk to CBD. The bus to Britomart is a six min walk away.

Known for its great community spirit and friendly boat club, Stillwater is also the start point for the popular Okura bush walk. Silverdale town centre is a 10 minute drive from Stillwater and hosts supermarkets, large chain stores, restaurants and smaller independent stores. Our little flat is connected to our main house and offers comfortable, basic amenities suitable for a stop-over or short stay.
