Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

The beach and boardwalk are perfect for families to enjoy their time here at the shore. For a small fee, the township pool is 3 minutes away at the rec center. The rec center also offers pickle ball courts and other amenities. For adults, Atlantic City is an hour drive. Come enjoy our home and have a relaxing vacation.

Three upstairs bedrooms have direct access to decks and the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There are upper and lower decks facing the bay so you can enjoy the sun and scenery.

Please note: 7-day minimum during summer season and 30-day minimum during off-season (winter) due to new city ordinance! Cozy family bungalow on a private walkway just steps from the boardwalk and beach! Stay includes access to one reserved parking spot (three blocks away from the house) and two prepaid beach passes. Walkable to all boardwalk attractions. Great place to bring the kids or as a couples' getaway.

Shore Haven Walk to beach and bay

Beach badges are not included but are MANDATORY whether or not you use our beach . These are the communities rules! Badges are NOT NEEDED before June 11th and after Labor Day. I will be requesting the money two days before check in so I can purchase them for you. Daily wristbands are 20.00 each and can be purchased at the beach from the badge checkers. 8 weekly badges are 175.00

The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. This quiet neighborhood is just 10 minutes from Seaside Heights where you can enjoy the boardwalk and 15 minutes from Island State Beach Park.
