A Mediterranean style apartment on the ground floor with a spacious terrace and a garden only a couple of meters from the sea. There is a private deck in front of the house. A charming kitchen is well equipped for a relaxing stay. The aparartment has two double bed bedrooms so it can offer an accomodation for 4 people. Our guests can use a SUP to fall in love with stunning Šimuni. A beautiful beach with bars and lots of shade from pine trees is 1 min walk and a local shop is 3 min walk

The house consists of five bedrooms with private bathrooms, a living room with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two guest toilets, a roof terrace and a private pool. Near the house there are restaurants, bars and a supermarket. The sandy beach near the house is the most popular in our area. Our guests have free parking, WiFi and barbecue.

The house is located in a quiet place Šimuni on the island of Pag. For our guests, there is an apartment with balcony that occupies the entire upper floor of the house. You can also use a shared lower terrace as well as a fireplace behind the house. Free parking is available in front of the house at no extra charge. Shop and pebble beach are 5 minutes walk away and for those looking for fun, Zrće beach is 10km away by car.
