Swati our co host responded amazingly to our queries. The whole place was so tastefully done that you feel at home. Perfect place to relax and unwind. So not miss the food of caretaker Veerendra aka Veeru Bhaya aka the master chef.

Lovely place to stay so near to beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Clean and v comfortable. Great pool. Air con bedrooms all ensuite. Plus amazing pool room! Helpful staff. 10min walk to candolim beach- setback from road so quiet and peaceful. Thank you for letting us enjoy your place

I was there for two days amazing place near and clean and family loved it good location and close to baga canlangoute beaches also the reception people was so patient overall it is very good place for friends and family

The place was amazing with Private and Common pool with beautiful common area! The villa was very lavish and well maintained. Quite peaceful. Also mentioning care taker (Prakash), gem of a person, he helped us for everything, booking Cab, locations, maintain cleanliness in Villa

Ranbo and shameem instructed us very well and were very polite totally it was worth the stay

I like the palace and ambience. It’s spacious and well maintained. kunal is very supportive and understood all our needs and make sure everything was taken care. We were not completely happy with the ramakrishna who is the maintenance guy. Apart from that our stay was a good experience

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb and truly enjoyed every moment. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, perfect for a relaxing getaway. A heartfelt thank you to Guddu and Deva for their exceptional hospitality. They were always available when we needed anything and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after. Their kindness and attentiveness really stood out and made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommend this place, and we’d gladly return in the future!

1. Overall - We were 10 of us who stayed there for 4 days and they had a 3-5 people team for housekeeping, cooking, property management and communication. 2. Staff - Everyone was extremely helpful and sometime even went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. 3. Property - The property itself is absolutely pristine, luxuirous and matched the description accurately. The pool was clean, with proper water filteration done every morning. 4. Meals - Breakfast was complimentary and very tasty, also accomodative of all our requests. 5. Location - We were within 15-20mins of all popular beaches of North - Baga, Candolim, Canlangute. There were some very good food places closeby as well. There are small grocery stores and pharmacies also nearby. No suggestions for improvement, it was perfect :)

I had stayed in many properties in goa but this turned out to be best. I had an amazing stay. The villa is beautiful and luxurious. It's located on the main road and has few shops and eateries around it. The rooms are spacious and very small details had been taken care of. Pool, home theater,bar counter added cherry on top to the whole staycation. The only downside was of the caretaker manoj as he really lacked in basics.

We had a lovely stay at Tellado Properties in Baia Villas, Mandrem. The aesthetic and calm atmosphere of the property were truly captivating. We fell in love with the design and architecture so much that we didn't want to leave the premises. Shakeel provided excellent caretaking service, proving to be quick and reliable. Chef Babu did an amazing job preparing delicious home-cooked meals featuring authentic Goan cuisine tailored to our taste preferences. I can't wait to visit this property again.
