I had a lovely one month stay at this very well equipped apartment in Jordan Village, Cupecoy, Sint Maarten. A low key basic comfortable and spacious apartment, with all basic amenities you would need. Plus some nice complementary extras. Apartment was immaculately clean, and the pool in the apartment complex area was sooo good. Safe neighbourhood with basic shops and eateries within easy walking distance. 10-20 min walking distance to Mullet and Cupecoy beaches, and easy driving to all beaches on the island; 10 min drive to Maho Village and Princess Juliana International Airport. Very hospitable and responsive host, Vishal facilitated a comfortable first rate experience. I hope to rent from Vishal again for even longer stays in this lovely place in the future.

Espectacular apto en un sitio q ahora se encuentra algo afectado por la construcción del hotel en el complejo, pero no afecta para nada la estadía y los servicios . Seguro volveremos a este sitio espectacular.

Great location! Grocery store and many restaurants are all on the same strip in walkable distance!! Left plenty of necessities like towels, wash clothes, toilet paper and dish soap. Over all great place to stay!!

We had a great time at Alicia’s place. She communicated very well and it was a great place to stay for two people. The view every morning from the balcony was awesome and the place is in a great area.

We just got back from 6 nights here and could not have been happier! The place was the perfect size for a family of 4 and more. The views from this place as just spectacular as you are right next to Simpson Bay. Both the views from the bedroom and the balcony are great. The balcony is very large and we spent a lot of time hanging out there while we were at the unit. Fritz/Wei are very responsive to messages that we sent them. We asked if they had an umbrella and while they did not, they told us there would be one when we arrived - and there was and we used it alot! There was a mixup with the beach chairs but that too was very quickly resolved. Great location as well - less than 1 minute walk to Simpson Bay, 10 minute drive to Mullet Bay, 3 minute drive to Maho (can walk if you like too), 25 to Great Bay Beach, and about 40 to Orient Bay. Grocery store is also about 3 minutes away. This was our first time to the island and my family is already talking about staying here again!

Noah’s place was perfect ! Me and by bestie extended our stay originally and was able to book Noah’s BNB within minutes before arrival. Noah was very responsive and accommodating. He even upgraded our Unit, which was amazing !! Right next to the Morgan Resort which you can purchase a day pass for $60 and use their amenities. The view from the room is amazinggggg you literally Are on the ocean and can see the airplanes coming in from the clouds just beautiful all around. 10/10 recommend thank you Noah 🫶🏾

Few places check all the boxes for a vacation stay and this vacation was amazing. Very private, beautiful view of beach, ocean, and both pools were very nice. What a wonderful community RBC has and enjoyed meeting many new friends. A perfect 10 for us. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise on a beautiful island.

This was my 7th visit to St. Maarten and I would absolutely stay at this beautiful condo again. It is spacious and clean and the location on Simpson Bay can't be beat. Check-in was a breeze and the host provided a welcome basket on our arrival that allowed us to put of shopping for groceries until the next day -- so we were able to hit the beach immediately. I love that we could walk to lots of bars and restaurants, as well as walk to beach clubs with the closet being right next door. Great property and great host!! If you're on the fence about this one - don't be - you're going to LOVE it!

Zsofia was a great host. There was plenty of communication up from and throughout. The Cliff location is our favorite place to stay on the island. The accommodations are luxurious and the views are to die for. The pool is great and not crowded and the restaurant on site is delicious. Underground parking is a plus and proximity to restaurants and grocery stores helps too. Can't wait to stay the Cliff again next year!

We waren op doorreis,kwamen 's avonds aan en moesten 's morgens vroeg de volgende dag weer weg. Jo heeft ons echt thuis laten voelen. Alles was perect en we hadden een heerlijke nachtrust. Jo heeft ons zelfs naar het vliegveld gebracht de volgende ochtend.

Incredible location, clean unit and building, literally a 5min walk to mullet bay beach, 5min walk to Cupecoy beach, and two grocery stores one right next door to the building the other just a 3min walk away and two good cafes. Host was available and quick to respond to any needs, i will definitely be booking this unit again! Thank you

Shelly is a wonderful person as well as a great host. Shelly notifies us regularly about events on both the Dutch side as well as the French side. I would rate Shelly a 10 if you had that many stars. She replied to questions within an hour or two. Lovely unit and great hostess.

All around a great place to stay, one needs a car to get around to beaches and food stores. The views from our balcony was beautiful would recommend.

Elettra was who I had communication with and she was awesome, extremely friendly and responsive. The Airbnb was nicer in person than in the photos, the neighbors were friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely would stay there again and would recommend their place to any of my friends.

We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back next year! Sylvia greeted us at check in. She is wonderful and made our stay very comfortable. The unit is lovely and well kept. We love the location! Steps from the beach and D’s restaurant. Short trip to amazing beaches and restaurants. There is a water filter on the tap so you don’t have to buy bottled water. Nice touch!

Beautiful accommodations, exactly as shown in the pictures. Indigo Bay is a lovely site, peaceful, serene yet close enough to plenty of action in town. Wonderful host and very helpful with recommended activities and check in was a breeze. Great value for the money. Would definitely return to this air bnb!

Linda’s place is conveniently located being a short drive (or 15 minute walk) to Maho strip for restaurants and entertainment. The accommodation is in a safe gated community with a beautiful pool and well equipped gym. The apartment was clean and had a beautiful and comfortable outdoor patio.

The view is absolutely astounding. Jumping in the pool after a day at the beach was refreshing. The condo has great air conditioning and the beds are super comfortable. It is so quiet at night. I had some of the best sleep I’ve had in years. It is a secure and safe location with great parking. The host greeted me on arrival and made me feel welcome. I was supported throughout the stay whenever I had questions. I look forward to coming back in the future.

Betty’s place was huge, bright, extremely comfortable, and squeaky clean. It’s bigger than it looks in the photos, and laid out so the 2 bedrooms are very private from each other. The thing that sets it apart, though, is the extraordinarily beautiful setting. The balcony looks over the tasteful, green pool area to palms lining the ocean beyond. It’s spectacular. The small private, sandy beach was a wonderful escape; it’s secluded by cliffs and I sat there a couple of hours each day without seeing anyone else. The property grounds are beautifully landscaped and immaculate. Other conveniences were a surprise; a nice grocery across the street and several good restaurants within a short walk. Hard to get this kind of quiet and privacy while having so much nearby. It’s a little slice of paradise.

What a special place!!! We couldn’t have been happier. Beautiful, calm, safe, peaceful and so perfect. Everything was well stocked, (even beach toys for my kids). The building felt super secure and safe. It’s incredibly quiet and comfortable and honestly one of the nicest airbnbs we have stayed in.

This condo is easy to find and very well situated. Very close to the airport. Walking distance (10-15min) to Maho beach, Mullet Bay beach, the Maho market, many restaurants, bars and shopping. The condo is as pictured and the balcony is where we spent all of our time as there are great views and comfortable seating. We even used the grill! The communication with the hosts is easy and reliable. The pool at the condo is quiet and clean. Great place to stay if you want a hassle free vacation!

Le bâtiment et la propriété à l'extérieur étaient impeccables. Le site est bien aménagé, sécurisé, le personnel d'entretien très présent. J'ai bien aimé mon séjour dans ce lieu, j'y reviendrais avec plaisirs.
