Amazing place! Stayed multiple times!! 5 star!

I stayed at Judys place for the week while I was working in town, and I had everything I needed! I appreciated the fully stocked kitchen so I could cook my own meals, and she included laundry detergent and dryer sheets so I could do a load of laundry while I was there. The apartment was very clean and tastefully decorated. I had wifi issues while I was there, and Judy was quick to respond and fix the problem immediately. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect place to stay if you’re working on the road. Josie has the place setup with everything you need to be comfortable. Has a washer and dryer which is super nice. If I could give it a higher rating I would!

Jacob’s place was amazing! Looked just like the pictures. Very cute area. We had a great time walking around the lake and enjoying near by restaurants. Highly recommend staying here if you are passing through the area!

We had a super fun stay at the downtown loft! As frequent Sioux Falls commuters for work, we don't usually tend to go out in the downtown area very often. It was great to walk everywhere and check out more restaurants. The building is easy to find and the loft has an upscale yet still super comfortable feel with good lighting and decor. Blackout sleeping conditions was a huge plus! Some of the night life noise and neighboring businesses using the alleyway will be a part of staying in a downtown loft. Scott was responsive via text for questions we had about parking in Sioux Falls and other house-related things. Thank you for a fun downtown experience!

Cathy’s beautifully renovated basement apartment is lovely and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay there again next time we visit family in Sioux City. Cathy is very responsive when we had any questions. She’s a great host. I highly recommend staying here!

Wow, I thought I had a palace downstairs! $60 for 5 times the space of a hotel room. Bed was wonderful, the place was clean, large screen TV, a fireplace that worked, numerous padded soft chairs and couches to sink into, coffee, mini-fridge, microwave. Steve and I got to swap deer hunting stories. Any time that I saw them, they were so friendly and concerned for my stay.

Best place to stay in town!! expectations were set and followed. they went out of their way to help after something was left. beautiful place for a small group! I would stay again in a heartbeat!

Dave and his wife were incredibly open and friendly; providing perfect instructions to things for which I asked directly and those that I had not yet asked. The property is serene; wildlife (deer, turkey, birds), flowers, trees….all magnificent. The interior of the location was just as amazing. Whether it be the open layout or the decor; you feel the care and personal touches Dave and his wife put into it.

Exactly as listed. Aubie was quick to respond to my q’s prior to booking. She was flexible with checkin time when I arrived earlier than expected. Very quiet. Lots of natural light even though it’s a basement (there’s also plenty of lights to make it bright on a cloudy day). Comfortable foam-type bed and perfectly comfortable blankets. So many great board games! It was exactly what I needed for a quick visit with my college student & her old roommate (who appreciated spending time there with me watching a movie, cooking and baking a pie). Only thing to note is that there was a mild “basement” smell that was noticeable when entering but quickly became unnoticeable. There was what looked like either an air purifier or dehumidifier (I didn’t inspect it closely) but I did not turn it on. Would stay here again.

Ceca and Bill's place was beyond my expectations. They were communicative, provided everything you need + more, and have a beautiful space - the pictures simply don't do it justice as every detail is attended to. My only regret is I didn't stay longer to enjoy the gorgeous backyard, and to meet the hosts. Would definitely recommend a visit!

I return to stay in Robert and Teresa’s place for so many reasons. First of all they (including Miranda) understand the importance of offering a fragrance free place and are so helpful with whatever is needed. The decor is so homey and cozy but not overdone like some Victorian places. Everything you need is provided in the kitchen so you can prepare whatever you want, but there are so many great restaurants in Sioux Falls you might not cook much. I will definitely be returning again and again.

Loved the charm of the older home - it was very well maintained. You can tell that Robert and Teresa put a lot of thought into what would be helpful and useful for people staying in their home. They thought of everything...even down to the glasses in the freezer. We were very impressed with all the little details. We would definitely recommend this airbnb as well as return when we are in Sioux Falls.

Nickolas was extremely on top of communicating! The hot tub was nice and the place was very clean, I enjoyed the comfortable stay and all things willing I’ll be staying there again in the future as well

Older house that has been nicely renovated. Fully equipped for long-term stays. I was there 4 weeks and really enjoyed my stay.

Great Hosts! Good local recommendations, communication was always clear and prompt. The space was spotless, secure, quiet and close to many near by attractions. Well worth the value. Thankful for their hospitality.
